Lynn and Nancy Vacation Rental is located just across from the Gulf of Mexico with world renowned white sandy beaches. Walking distance to historic Bridge Street and many quaint shops and restaurants to satisfy any pallet.

The free trolley runs every 20 minutes the length of Anna Maria Island.

Kayaks, barbeque grill, linens, towels, a fully-equipped kitchen and endless gulf views are supplied.
Monthly bookings for January and February are preferable.

Five days stay. Great location

Location is just across the from Bradenton beach. Easy parking. Close to entertainment and restaurants. We were able to walk to many places. We had just one small issue. We needed more wash clothes and they were delivered overnight.

Little island gem

The property was perfect! Right across the street from the beach. Perfect location. Cozy and comfortable. Has everything you may need to enjoy a relaxing time at the beach. Lynn was very accommodating and a pleasure to speak with. We will definitely be staying here again and again!

Great stay

The location is perfect, right across the street from the beach. There is a free trolley that we took to the grocery store (Publix) to get sandwiches and drinks. There are plenty of restaurants to take the trolley to or walk. We were especially grateful for the the beach umbrellas and chairs provided by the owner. were grateful for the

Bday get away

We had a wonderful stay, great area, beautiful beaches and nice place to stay. This location was perfect for us, within walking distance to Bridge St, just across the street from the beach. I would definitely recommend and we hope to return again. The location was as advertised and was perfect for the two of us.

Perfect Getaway!!

So conveniently located to everything! Plus, just steps away from the gulf! All of the amenities were exceptional, e.g., beach chairs, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen and perfect for two!! Host was amazing and quick to answer any questions. Check in and check out was seamless! Highly recommend! We willl be back!

Perfect next to the beach space!

Cute little place across the street from the beach! Had beach amenities, everything needed to cook, and was well air conditioned. Only complaint is the bathroom is quite small and we weren’t supplied enough tp. Definitely recommend!!

Loved it

We loved this rental! It had direct access to the beach, and was the perfect amount of space for 2 people. We appreciated that the host provided beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. and the outdoor shower was great to rinse off in after a day at the beach. You will be able to stay here without renting a car. It is close enough to Bridge Street that we walked there. If we wanted to go further on the island, we took the free trolley. We enjoyed everything!

Beach relaxing

Pros/cons… cons smaller than advertised and bathroom was way too small for 6’2 guy. Pros everything else … great location, peaceful, home was in good operating condition, and parking was great. Beach and nearby activities easily accessible.

Our New "Happy Place"

Incredibly clean. Great mattress, great shower, absolutely the best location ever. The most affordable beach location on the whole island. Private accommodations and lovely owners to work with. For a couple like us it was just perfect.

Heaven on Earth!!!

Gosh this property was perfect!!! It is directly across from the beach. I love that there are no high rises in front of you. You can walk down the street and see the bay. We Ubered from the airport and walked everywhere!! The downfall was not having a car to get groceries. Thank goodness for the Circle K! Haha!! They have a trolley system and a golf cart service that are both free. We still chose to walk everywhere. The apartment is very lovely and homey feeling. Lots of things to be able to use if you were going to cook. The mattress was a little more firm than we were use to. So side sleepers beware. ;) I would go back in a heartbeat and soak it up for even longer!!! The owner is beyond amazing and very helpful with everything!! Having chairs and an umbrella there was very much appreciated!! I give this 10/10 hands down!!
