The perfect location to walk to Historic downtown and ride to the Spanish Moss Trail. A short drive to Hunting Island SP. The kitchen was very well equipped.
This place was the perfect size for 2 people, close enough to walk to the waterfront and shops/restaurants, and a short drive to plenty of places to check out!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The guestbook was a nice touch with recommendations from other guests.
Overall, it was a great place to stay for a quick weekend get away. One thing to note is if you are staying for a longer trip, there is no closet to store luggage or hang clothing. The bed was very comfortable, but we brought our own pillows. The location is an easy 10 minute walk to downtown shops and food. Outdoor space is very close to the next door house. Not too much privacy using that. We would recommend this place if you are looking for decent location and not needing a lot of space or amenities.
Excellent as always. Nadine is an excellent host and we always stay at her properties. Both cottages are great and cozy. You can't go wrong staying there. Looking forward to next year trips.
The Salmon Cottage is nice. Directly around house the properties make you question your choice but the little house is nice and very convenient to everything

This cottage was so cute. It had everything you might have needed. It was well organized and very clean. It was the perfect size for me and my husband. Walking distance to downtown Beaufort. I will definitely stay here again.
Cute little house, completely redone! Great location!
LOVED this little house which appears to have been completely painted and refreshed recently. It is pink though not yellow as pictured online. Had everything we needed!
Everything looked good and worked well. The place is a few steps to anywhere in a town where everywhere is just a few steps away. The Pat Conroy Literary Center is just across the street. Loved it.
We were spoiled by a vrbo in fl last month that provided anything and everything. Salmon house was cute and provided the bare basics which was okay. Perfect place for two but no more than that. Close to downtown but a bit of walk though you met the nicest folks during that walk. Felt safe with courthouse in view.
This was a working trip. Close to town and work. The place is clean and bed and furniture was comfortable and communication was very good. Kitchen seems to be well stocked (we didn't cook) and nice table to eat at or do paperwork or play games. One TV that worked great with the ROKU and our sign in. There was no traffic on the gravel/dirt road. Thank you for a nice visit to beautiful Beaufort.

Lovely!
My husband and I loved this cottage. Looks just like the pictures. Great location. The 10 minute walk to downtown was beautiful. Price includes a pass to the park/beach, which we took advantage of. We also had Nadine do a photo session of us on the beach. Lots of fun! Nadine is a super nice person. She has worked hard to make the cottage very welcoming. Can't want till we can go back!
This was a delightful cottage to stay in. The property is immaculate, nicely furnished. It is an ideal location for walking historic Beaufort and the waterfront. It is also a great central location to visit the surrounding area., The property owner was very responsive to our inquiries.

Why they chose this property
I highly recommend this property to anybody that likes to experience the downtown living but yet wants to enjoy peace and quiet. The cottage is only a 10 minute stroll along the water to downtown Beaufort. And for all our guests that come and visit Beaufort for military graduation, the cottage is only a 10-12 minute drive away from Paris Island!
