Situated on the 4th floor of the penthouse/tower building of the Wailea Beach Villas Resort, the iconic Modern Maui I404 welcomes you with newer furnishings and decor. This fourth floor "penthouse" has approximately 2,300 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space with two bedrooms plus third sleeping area and two bathrooms. From I404 there are expansive west-facing views of the Pacific Ocean, Wailea Beach and Maui's famous sunsets. The ocean views are more dramatic and bigger and broader than we can possibly show via photos in this web display.

I404 has two bedrooms with king beds in each, as well as a separate den room with a Full size sofa (58" x 73.5") bed that is located off the great room. There are a total of three sleeping spaces for up to six guests. I404 has two full bathrooms, the master with tub and separate shower, and the guest bathroom with shower.

Each bedroom as well as the Great Room in I404 has an over-sized flat panel UHD TV, digital cable box, Blu-ray player. At I404, all televisions are wall mounted with hidden cables through the walls, and in every room there are full HD cable subscriptions and unlimited NETFLIX movies - all fully complimentary.

Vacation at the Wailea Beach Villas and you don`t have to be unnecessarily concerned about the availability of lounge chairs or sun umbrellas. There is no need to spend extra money to rent a cabana to be guaranteed some quiet space or sunshade. There are plenty of sun umbrellas, lounge chairs, and shaded areas at both swimming pools for all guests to enjoy on a no-charge basis. In fact, the friendly pool attendants will set up an umbrella and a lounge chair on Wailea Beach for you. Towel and water service is also available poolside and at the beach. - Please note that this property may become actively listed for sale. We are committed to scheduling any showings outside of guest stay dates. However, from time to time, realtors may request a showing during your stay, and they may offer a small gift as a token of appreciation for your flexibility. Additionally, please be aware that reservation availability may be subject to change if a future buyer does not wish to honor existing bookings or our property management services. In the unlikely event we are forced to cancel your reservation, we will do our utmost to provide an alternative upgraded accommodation. If a suitable alternative is unavailable, you will be entitled to a full refund.
- Only guests registered as staying in a villa and villa owners are permitted to use the common areas and amenities on property, including the Fitness Center, Beach Services and the pools at Wailea Beach Villas.
- Please expect ambient audible living noises including but not limited to children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, any on-site food and beverage service, on-site or adjacent luaus, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, and firework celebrations.
- You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.
- Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda "lanai" areas is required.
- Parking is provided on property for one vehicle on a complimentary basis. Additional vehicle parking may be limited and costs may apply.

Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.
