Serene Country Cabin 3 Cabin near Stowe, Smuggler's Notch, breweries, Long Trail

Our cabins are nestled in the woods of the Green Mountains and only a short distance from Stowe and Smuggler's Notch ski resorts, hiking/snowshoeing trails, lakes and ponds galore and several breweries. While you feel like you are removed from everything in the serene woods, you are only 3 miles from local restaurants and shopping centers. Each cabin is private with outdoor picnic and campfire areas. The inside has air conditioning, radiant heated floors, wifi, cable tv, a wet bar to meet your cooking needs and a 6 foot shwoer/ tub to soak in after a day of adventures. There is one bedroom with a king or 2 twin beds and a queen futon in the living area.
**There is a pet fee of $35 for one night and $25 a day for multiple days.**

Last minute magical stay
I absolutely love this property. The cabin was so homey and well thought out, thoughtfully decorated with winter and Christmas decor. Everything about this cabin is perfect for a winter stay. It snowed a lot when I was there and the driveway and everything was surprisingly easy to drive on. And a magical landscape around it! I skied at Stowe multiple days when I was here and it was an easy drive. I can’t wait to come back!

This cabin is lovely. Very spacious and still cozy! It sits in the woods and is a peaceful place to enjoy a stay! My only regret is that I didn't book more nights!!!

Our stay here was very peaceful and wonderful. Property sits in a beautiful areas surrounded by a couple other cabins and some woods. The location is perfect, very close to Stowe small town and smugglers notch and Von Trapp Lodge. It is very much as the tittle suggests, serene. The place was very clean upon arrival both inside and surrounding area outside. The place is supplied with everything you need even a grill and picnic table. I will definitely be looking into staying here again on our next Vermont trip, it was a dream!

Well maintained and perfect location for a getaway
Property was very well maintained and in a perfect location for a peaceful getaway! We bicycled on the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail during the day and came back to the cabin for dinner with a campfire, s’mores and star gazing! This was our 2nd time booking this property and we will definitely be back!!

My "go to" place
I love staying at Serenity Cabins when I'm in the area. Easy access to mountain biking, kayaking and skiing. The cabin is really a small house with everything you could possibly want provided. I'll be back!

Cabin was perfect for our Stowe ski trip. Easy check in and out. Excellent communication and very accommodating. Would definitely look for one of their cabins again when returning to the Stowe area.

Serene it is
This is my second time staying here (#3) and it will continue to be my "go to" place in this part of the North Country. Very clean, very quiet, well-appointed, and an exceptionally comfortable bed. While the hoped-for snow didn't materialize and changed my back-country ski to a back-country snowshoe, I still came away from the 2-nights feeling refreshed. Many thanks!

This property was perfect for our short, ski getaway! It was only 6 minutes to the local grocery store and restaurants. About 30 minutes to Stowe. This was just what we were looking for! We will definitely be booking again!

Great host and great location!
The Fowlers had everything at the cabin we needed! Including bowls and towels for our puppies! The location was only a couple miles from Dunkin Donuts/McDonald's/gas and a convenience store. A short distance from the town of Stowe and Stowe ski area! We especially liked the Von Trapp lodge and grounds nearby!

We were there when the flooding hit Vermont real hard. We had no problems with the cabin. We enjoyed our stay. The water was hot with good pressure. The king bed was good. Basically as advertised. Easy Peasy.

Quick Vermont Retreat
We had a fantastic stay. The property was amazing and very comfortable for us and our puppy. Our only issue (which is easily fixable) was that the gas for the grill ran out as we were heating it up. We will 100% stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful home experience! Greg, Bobbie & Myles 🐾

Just what we needed!
My friend and I stayed over for snowboarding at Stowe. Not a bad drive to the mountain and the town of Stowe is along the way which is quite convenient. Very comfortable futon! And a big bed in the bedroom, big enough to share if we needed. Shower was nice & warm & pressure was great! Kitchen has the basics, our needs were well met! The driveway and our walkway was maintained for us while it snowed. There are a few cabins on the property but we felt like we had our privacy. Pleasant wooded views out the kitchen windows. Would be a great location to accommodate a larger group if more than one cabin was available at once as well (just an idea). Check in and out was easy. We loved it!! Thank you, Jennifer!

Hi. We are Craig and Jennifer Fowler. We both grew up and raised our family right here in Lamoille County. We love to work on our 12 acre wooded land as well as hike, kayak, fish and snowshoe.

Why they chose this property

Our property is centrally located in Vermont and basically within an hour of just about everything. There are three ski resorts within 20, 30 and 40 minutes from us. We are 5 miles from Green River Reservoir, minutes from different long trail heads and there are 5 breweries within a 15 mile radius.

What makes this property unique

We are located on a country road in the woods, but only 3 miles from restaurants, breweries and local shopping centers. You will love looking out the large windows or being outside enjoying the campfire or the singing of the birds.
