This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on a beautiful Lake Michigan beach has stunning views and updated décor. Relax on one of the three balconies facing the lake, and watch the sun go down in a blazing sunset. There are stairs up to this second level condo that sleeps six with one king bed, two twins, and a sofa bed. Spend an evening in with a fire in the wood-burning fireplace.

Enjoy this beautiful area along the Sleeping Bear shoreline. You will find nature at its finest. Clear water, clear skies and fresh air welcome you. The nearby town of Glen Arbor offers places to eat, shop and pick up groceries.

Homestead Resort amenities (pool, tennis, etc.) are not included.

Wonderful place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here with my brother and his wife for 2 nights. We would have liked to have stayed longer. It was a very comfortable and roomy townhome. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with a view of Lake Michigan. Beautiful area!

Beautiful

What a great location and beautiful condo! You can hear and see the beach from the condo, and it is just a few steps around the building to get to it. The beach is lovely and big! The condo itself was spacious, well-stocked (so many good books!), and really great to stay in. Will definitely return.

Beach is so close!

The property was very clean. The beach is just a walk around the building. The view was stunning from living room and master bedroom. Even without air conditioning it was very cool during our stay in late June. The property is very well equipped, from equipment (nesspresso with pods, blender, many cooking dishes etc.) to board games and books. A perfect spot for a family trip. And close to the downtown area!

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. The weather was in the 70's during the day and upper 50's-low 60's at night. It was nice being so close to the lake. The lake water was so clear and the beach was not crowded. The condo is close to everything. The only thing I would recommend is that you should mention in your the list of what the condo furnishes for guest is hair dryers. I didn't think of it till the last minute, one less thing I didn't need to bring.

Seriously, it had everything we needed and was perfectly situated on the beach; no one upstairs in what felt like but wasn't an end unit. I've already rented it for next year. Also the management company was great when I lost the key; replaced it at no cost. Although having to drive to TC to do this was a bit of a pain.

Outstanding place, well supplied kitchen in all ways. Recommend to others very highly; view from deck breathtaking at dusk. One other thing, I HIGHLY suggest the listing should include the fact that there are 29 steps going straight up to access the condo. We are 76 years old and found it very difficult but doable to go up the steps. Would not be good if someone more challenged then us rented this condo. That being said, HIGHLY recommend this condo!!

Great spot just yards from the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach was one of the prettiest I've seen up north. Not very busy, which is nice during pandemic. Had a large great sandy area for us to play. My family and I loved our stay at hospitality at Beachwalk. Only downfalls were No Air Conditioning which during our stay in late August was still warm enough at nights were we could have used the AC. Also, it was a little difficult to find the rental, so we had to stop at the main office and ask directions, which I would think could have been provided ahead of time from Vacation Rentals company.

Beautiful stay on Lake Michigan

The Beachwalk condo was a perfect fit for our family for a lake getaway. The condo was comfortable and met our needs. It was right on the beach, just having to walk around the building to get there. Although the beach is not wide, it was very nice and the water was perfect! The sunsets from the balcony were spectacular. The town of Glen Arbor was nice with plenty to do in the region. We would definitely stay here again if we make another trip to Lake Michigan.

Great Lake Michigan View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The highlight of this condo is the location. It is located a short drive to Glen Arbor and right on Lake Michigan. My only problem was the dated decor and the carpet. It looked a bit dirty, especially in the corners. Also, the stove had grease on the back of it, so the condo had not been thoroughly cleaned. There is a washer and dryer, but no AC. The property company told us the opposite prior to arrival for both. There were fans to in two of the rooms.

We used this as a "staycation" as we live not far from here, but wanted to get away. We were married at the homestead. Our boys loved it. We are considering buying a condo here and renting it out after this stay as we had such a wonderful relaxing weekend!
