The Space

The apartment is situated in the fantastic Monte Paraiso urbanization. Fully furnished and just renovated, 45 m2 surface, classy, comfortable, sleeps four, having one bathroom, a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, patio with sea view, the apartment is ideal for your holiday and great for enjoying everyday life in sunny Spain.

The bedroom has a queen size bed and leaves plenty of room to get up on either side of the bed. Clean linens are provided.

The large living room with an air conditioning unit, is excellent for the hot summer days. It has an extensible and comfortable sofa bed.

The kitchen is fully stocked with most kitchen utensils and essentials, pots, pans, dishes; fridge, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Clean towels and toiletries are provided.

Interaction with Guests

We're available if you need us, but we will do our best to stay out of your way, so you can enjoy your privacy. You can text, email or knock on our door and we'll respond quickly and attend to your concern. On the first day of your visit we will show you everything that is to know about the place.

Other Things to Note

☀️ The apartment is the ground floor of our house and can only be accessed through the garden. There are about 15-20 meters of grass that need to be crossed in order to reach the boardwalk.
☀️ While there is enough space for 3-4 people, the place is more suited for a couple than a family.
☀️ A car is not necessary, but highly recommended. The apartment is up on the hill and most services are downhill

The Neighborhood

The friendly and quiet Monte Paraiso residential neighborhood is close to everything. 1km to the beach, 30km to the airport, 800m to supermarket, 50m to the bus station, 15km from Marbella, 8km to the Hospital Costa del sol, 1km from a golf resort, 3km from a sports harbour, 90km from a ski resort.

Surrounded by all that you need: bus, taxi rank, supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, medical center within 10 minutes walking distance. Dining is superb as well, from the usual bars and terraces, to the beach and restaurants. The best golf courses are within reach, just a walk. Marina at only 3km.

House Rules

There is NO SMOKING in the apartment, but you are allowed to smoke outside. Even though it would probably be better for you to quit :).

Pets are not allowed.
