Electronic Lock: There is no need to carry a key and no worry about someone else having a copy of the key. Recently remodeled with new granite counter tops, kitchen cabinets, vanities, appliances, light fixtures, etc.

Beautiful views of the white sugar sand beach and crystal clear water. Sixty feet long eight feet high glass wall from floor to ceiling along the beach. Sliding glass doors are in bedrooms and living room. All rooms including dining rooms see the beach and ocean.

Large bedrooms with private baths and walk-in closets. Master bath has two sinks. This place is huge and very well equipped to accommodate 7 people. Master has king bed and second bedroom has two queens.

Each room has a floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall view of the gulf, and it feels close to the beach from this third floor condo. Watch the beautiful sunsets and relax with your favorite drink at the balcony.

This is a low-density condo, which has only 32 units each building; a total of 64 units! No waiting for elevators. Two parking spaces for each unit are located under the building on the main floor. This is a very nice vacation spot located on the west end of Panama City Beach, yet conveniently located close to all types of dining, shopping, family amusements, and activities at the brand new Pier Park complex! You're close to upscale and casual dining as well as within walking distance to a grocery store, shops, casual and fine dining restaurants, and the Panama City Beach Pier Park.

New large HD TVs in bedrooms and a Smart TV in the living room with DVD player. A fully stocked kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer, free WiFi and HBO making this 'home away from home' perfect for families, couples, and friends.

Amazing Beach Front View

We had a great time staying at this place. The description matched exactly how it was listed. The view was incredible from every room. It was nice to open the sliding glass doors and let fresh air in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay right on the beach!

Fabulous view

The property is well maintained. The hugh expanse of windows provides a stunning view of the Gulf. The property is as close to the beach as you could ever hope for. Inclusion of beach chairs and umbrellla is a big plus. Parking was provided and there was rarely a wait for the elevator.Loved everything except trying to figiure out how to work the tv remotes (we're old dinosaurs). The owner seems like a very nice person and I should have asked forr help but I didnt. We'd stay here again.

The perfect retreat

Every room except the bathrooms have a perfect view of the beach. Check in was no hassle, parking was ideal, and we never waited on an elevator. If you are a lover of the beach, this is your place!!!

We had a great stay! The condo had perfect views of the beach from every room! It had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our stay. The beds were super comfortable and we slept great from day one! Check-in was easy and parking plentiful! We're already planning our next trip!

Very beautiful condo!

The condo was beautiful with unobstructed views of the beach. We were literally steps to the beach and water. The condo was beautifully furnished and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

This was the perfect condo. Location was away from the traffic. The owner was so incredibly nice. Had a small problem an he came immediately an resolved the issue. Easy access to condo , pool , beach and my family absolutely loved there stay. I hope to stay here several times each year.

Best time ever !

Condo is beautiful! The location is perfect, it is close enough to pier park to take the back street to avoid traffic but you do not miss out on anything . Wei nice people also staying at the complex- our teenagers made lots of friends and were out with other kids every evening having fun . The beds are super comfortable the views are breathtaking and we will be back every year!

Beautiful location and condo layout

We really loved this condo! It was a great area of town. Loved the layout of bedrooms on each end. The laundry is a must when on the beach! The only downside was the cleanliness. There seems to be a humidity problem as there was some mold on several of the vents. And, the carpets were dirty (however, she said they were being cleaned the day we left).

Good vacation

I love staying at the SeaChase complex. The location is wonderful. Beach in front of unit is not crowded, which is also wonderful. Bedrooms and overall unit are large and nice. Nicely accommodated our family. It came with two beach lounges and umbrella. Very nice benefit! Living room furniture is a little outdated and rugs and carpet dirty. TVs are not smart TVs but the living room had a device to make it smart. Heads up … I am use to extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags as well as dishwasher detergent being left. This unit did not provide it, but only a small inconvenience. Winn Dixie is a mile away, so no big deal. Overall, a good trip.

Been going to panama city beach for 30 years !!!

Pretty much all of this is not totally the owners fault, as he does not live real close. The cleaning is a joke !!! Not the sand, because we are on the beach, but just plain DIRT. Whomever is doing the cleaning, is terrible !! 6 light bulbs are also burnt out ! Several people in the other condos, have dogs, that when left alone bark constantly !!! Not very relaxing ! Brad who oversees the beach chairs, always reserves the ones on both ends, so he can pocket some cash every day !! This is a large beautiful condo. I think people are getting ripped off for the cleaning fees !! Won't stay again because of all the barking dogs.

Okay, but could be better

PROS: parking, elevator, pool toys, living room, dining room, pool water nice, ice maker worked CONS: no balcony access from bedrooms, horrible master bath design, not many bath towels-face towels-wash cloths, no coffee filters, finicky dishwasher, 8 stairs from pool deck to beach (no ramp), too many gates with codes to gain access, pool tiles broken or missing, cheap and old balcony furniture Specific property needs an upgrade. If you are going to make it a point to print the cost of missing linens, you need to also provide an inventory list of quantity of each item. From the very beginning, we felt short on towels and did not know if what we had was accurate or if we had not been provided correctly to begin with. Having one sink in the master bath in the toleit and shower room where you had to close the door to access the sink was dumb and inconvenient. We were very disappointed that we could not access the balcony from the bedrooms - only 8 inches of width! Dishwasher pods were provided, but no coffee filters. We did not want to purchase a pack of 100 for 6 days worth of coffee. Not our favorite place.

Needs a little TLC

We loved the location of the condo, right on the beach! And loved that the second bedroom had two queen beds for our two teenage boys. I was disappointed in a few things. Upon arrival the condo smelled a little musty so I bought an air refresher for living room. There were a few dead roaches in the kitchen as they had probably had it exterminated a week or so before we got there. I would have thought their cleaning service would have seen these and cleaned them up. We did see a few live ones the second or third day in the kitchen and master bath. The exterminator came again while we were there. I was told they come 2 times a month. Didn’t see any more live ones until the Friday morning we left, then saw a couple that were pretty lively. I know roaches can be a problem in the area but we have rented condos before and have never had them in other rentals in the area or other parts of Florida. Our first day there we go to make coffee in the coffee pot and there was an old filter with used coffee grounds still in it. So thinking they should probably get a new cleaning service to take care of the place for them. When I looked at the comments from others that had rented the place there was only one that mentioned the roaches and the owner had commented that the comment was a hoax so I figured everything would be fine. I normally don’t comment on the places we stay but will be doing so from now on, whether positive or not so positive stays so that others can be more informed about the places they are inquiring about. Now, with this said about the bugs, if they would get these under control it is a an affordable place for families with good space for all. The beds were very comfortable. And the owner was very nice.

West Panama City Beachside view...

Unit is NOT well kept up. The cleaning crew missed several key things in kitchen, bathrooms, baseboards, dusty tables, and all lampshades were dusty. Master bath did not have a full tole of tissue upon arrival. Microwave had a panel inside missing so that the ill installed filter was showing. The microwave was not cleaned well. The toaster oven had a new foil cover on pan but otherwise the unit was dirty. I cleaned to door. The louvered doors to the pantry and wash room are very dirt especially around the handles. The dishwasher has one cycle, heavy wash, that does not work. The salt and pepper shakers and pot holders were nasty. I replaced the pot holders and left the old ones on the table. The chairs to the table on the balcony were rusted and questionable to sit in. No smart TV available. Biggest issue was in second bedroom as we were unloading a door slammed and the wall mirror crashed to the floor shattering. It almost hit my granddaughter. Upon inspection the single plastic hanger broke OFF the wall and the two nails at the bottom were bent toward the floor. The install was NOT sufficient for the weight of the mirror. For multiple guests in a unit the kitchen did not have enough plates, glasses, or forks to feed our group at mealtime. We are not eat out type guests . The recliner is basically worn out. The left arm is not tight and the max recline position does not stay in place. Bothe sofa recliners need work on the release buttons as they are VERY hard to release. The unit needs serious touch up painting especially on front door and in kitchen as mentioned above. All of this was in addition to not having the entry code and parking passes sent ahead. We arrived after dark in a cold wind....three ladies and two teen girls. Finally after a phone call to owner we got the entry code. Considering a prior experience in another unit this was a total disappointment. M. Gosden

Why they chose this property

We were sold on this property when we saw the gorgeous ocean view from every room. The location is also great since it is close to SR 79 and the new international airport, close to Pier Park, and close to shopping and restaurants. We also liked that it is a low density complex so not too crowded. We were also impressed with the two large bedrooms and the split floor plan allows for privacy within families or friends.
