Paradise found! Unit #611 occupies the prime location at the Royal Mauian. It is on the top floor and centrally located in the building. This incredible vantage point provides gorgeous panoramic views of the ocean, beaches, mountains, and neighboring islands. At this true ocean front unit, you will feel completely relaxed by the soothing sounds of the ocean and refreshed by the cooling trade winds that are a trademark of Kihei. In the morning, step onto the private lanai and enjoy breakfast while watching sea turtles grazing on the reef below. During whale season, be enthralled by the spectacle of Humpbacks breaching, fin slapping, and nurturing their calves just a short distance from shore. In the evening, be dazzled by a spectacular Maui sunset while barbecuing dinner on the rooftop garden. At night, experience the pleasure of being lulled to sleep in a comfortable bed by the soft sound of waves lapping at the shore below your window.

The Royal Mauian is Kihei's premier resort, superbly situated at the ocean's edge on a smooth promontory between the fabulous Kamaole I and Kamaole II beaches. A beautiful reef with many large sea turtles, perfect for family snorkeling, is situated directly in front of the building. Kamaole I and Kamaole II are long, sandy beaches that are great for swimming, body surfing, boogie boarding, sun bathing, or just taking a leisurely stroll. For your added comfort while at the beach, Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella are provided, as well as beach towels and a cooler.

This unit is beautiful, with tile flooring throughout, cherry cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless appliances. An enchanting mural by famous Hawaiian artist Lanakila, depicting the legend of the creation of Maui, adorns the living room wall. The unit is spotless and meticulously maintained. Tropical style ceiling fans are located in the living room and both bedrooms. In addition, tri-zone A/C is located in each bedroom and main living area. High speed WiFi is provided for your convenience free of charge. Amenities within the Royal Mauian complex include an oceanside heated pool and rooftop barbecue area. The condo is only steps away from your favorite beach activities and across the street from great lunch spots, dining, and shopping.

Perfect vacation

The unit was comfortable even though the guest room was a little noisy. Would suggest cushions for the dining room chairs, especially necessary for older guests.Tammy is an excellent communicator.The view was perfect, eating outdoors was perfect, the beds were comfortable. What more could we ask for!

Amazing stay!

We have stayed at Royal Mauian before, but we loved being on the sixth floor and the air conditioning was amazing! Beds are comfortable. The views are great. We did not want to leave. They had everything we could possibly need for a beach day. I highly recommend.! Everything is close by and convenient. Wonderful communication with the owner.!

Perfect Stay

I’m so happy this condo was available for our vacation. While looking out at the ocean from the condo from the lanai we saw manycondo is located in Kihei which was a fantastic area in Maui. There are 2 beaches located on both sides of the condo with people snorkeling in the water. There are eateries across from the street from the condo and little stores to buy souvenirs. The condo was clean, comfortable, loved having 2 bathrooms, kitchen stocked with necessities and decorated very nicely.

Great Property!

We think Kehei is one of the best locations in Maui to stay. The sunsets are the best on the island, the beaches are plentiful and are not crowded. The Royal Mauian has one of the best locations in Kehei too! It's right on the water, and you don't have to cross the road to get to the beach! Kamaole I & II beaches are a short walk either way. The rocky outcrop in front of the RM is a turtle haven and you can snorkel right from either beach! This was our 2nd stay at a RM unit, along with another at the building next door, so we are familiar with the area & properties. This property was the nicest unit we've stayed at so far! The location in the building is perfect; just one unit away from the elevators, top-floor views, and faces mostly west for stunning sunset views right from the lanai! The unit is nicely furnished, and was clean on our arrival. We spent a lot of time on the lanai, and the counter-height table & chairs really helped enjoy the views; it made all the difference over a standard height table as you could see over the railing while sitting! While the unit does have A/C, we never used it (mid-March stay). We found that by leaving the front door open, there was almost always a nice breeze flowing through the unit. The owner was prompt in answering questions, and the on-island mgmt co was very responsive with minor issues (trouble getting on wi-fi & missing iron). We highly recommend this property! I would've booked 2026 but the dates I needed weren't available.

Beachfront Paradise

The Royal Mauian is a beautiful property and location, directly in front of a reef and adjacent to public beaches. Right across the street are shops and restaurants. The unit itself was stocked and well appointed. We would stay again!

We loved listening to the surf from our bedroom, watching the turtles from the lanai, and enjoying the sunset. Not as busy as Kaanapali...so it's very peaceful...if that's what you're looking for.

Great Place

We were here with friends for their 25th. The location was perfect and central to everything. The condo is right on the beach and we saw turtles below us everyday. The owner Tammy and management folks were all vey accommodating. Highly recommend this place.

Family vacation

Bucket list family vacation achieved! This experience was flawless. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. We were situated in the perfect location for walking and driving, whatever our mood. Everything we needed was in the condo and more! Tammy is an excellent host and we will be back!

Really great stay

We had a wonderful trip and we really loved this condo. We had plenty of space, it was well stocked and the location was perfect. We loved it so much we asked to extend our stay an extra night and the owner was very helpful and accommodating. We flew in during the software shutdown so our day 1 got messed up by delays and lost luggage :( Just know the A/C shuts off anytime you open the front door so it was sometimes pretty warm when we got in from a long beach day. Make sure you turn them all back on and it’ll cool down relatively quickly. Not a deal breaker All in all we love the area, loved the view from the lanai and would definitely stay again!

This lovely condo is exactly as described online...maybe the view is even more spectacular! We appreciated the easy communication with Tammy, as her attention to all details made our 2 week stay a perfect vacation. Ocean front wonder

This was our second stay at this condo. You really can't beat the view, we spent most of our time on the lanai. The kitchen is well stocked and communication with the owner was fast an easy. They have updated the furniture on the roof top deck. An overall lovely stay.

Great stay in Royal Mauian

We enjoyed our stay at Royal Mauian again. We have stayed in the condo units several and this was a first in this unit. We had no complaints though the toilet needed to have the seal replaced while we were there but they were very good about getting this done in a timely manner with no issues. Thank you for a very nice relaxing place to stay.

Condo is all about the balcony!! Spectacular views of whales, turtles, dolphins & flying fish. Roof Top is fabulous, heated pool is great. Condo location is in walking distance of everything you need. Tammy is a great host, very prompt in getting back to you. Look forward to the next vacation in Maui!!

The Ultimate Experience

It’s an ideal place to relax and enjoy full access to premier beaches . We enjoyed the view from the Lanai and the excellent rooftop deck and grill area. It’s the perfect spot to watch the sunset. Royal Mauian is in the heart of many local shopping strips and restaurants easily accessible by crossing the street. The condo was very enjoyable. Everything was as described and Tammy was very helpful when contacted. Definitely hope to stay again
