This is one of a kind in Victoria, part of the building is a heritage from 1891 and then the front half of the building is brand new in 2016. This unit has a lovely curved shape to it with views of the waterway and the bridge out of every window. You will be kept busy people-watching and checking out the boats sailing by. There are queen beds in each room and also a lovely memory foam Lazy Boy sofa sleeper in the living room for the extra guests. The common area included with this unit is a lovely kitchen/meeting room and an outside BBQ patio area with views from the Parliament buildings to the open ocean. If you are looking for a downtown feel this would be a great choice.

Parking: Above-ground parking is available at an extra cost of $275 per month.

Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $375 that will be added at the time of booking. After every 30 days, there is a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning that will be added to each monthly invoice for $150.00. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Please note: All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.

There will be important check-in details sent to you from Checked in Victoria Vacations before arrival requesting your access preference, then 7 days before arrival, you will be sent detailed information on your property.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $175 administrative fee up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
