10/10 Excellent

Peaceful, Relaxing Country Setting

We were only the second guests at this newly-listed VRBO property. We rented the home for three months, during work contract in the area. The owner was very responsive in supplying some additional items such as crock pot, cork screw, etc. and one-day replacement of faulty refrigerator with a new one. The older farmhouse has all new furnishings, flooring and a roomy kitchen. The property provides privacy, quiet and expansive views from its hilltop location, 5 miles from Lake City, without any noise from traffic, neighbors, barking dogs, etc.
