Lugar agradável e tranquilo

Eu já conhecia o prédio e sempre que vou pra Riviera, consulto a disponibilidade. Localização tranquilo pra ir caminhando a praia. Apartamento e área comum do prédio bem limpos e organizados. Garagem com bom espaço.

Imóvel bom, equipado e espaçoso contudo precisa de reparos nos banheiros, pois o teto está mofado e azulejos com bolores. Tivemos transtornos na estadia haja vista um vazamento e ficamos sem água quente durante uma noite. Ótima localização e fomos bem recepcionados pelos funcionários do edifício.

Apartamento muito bom! Recomendo!

Apartamento completo, equipamentos novos e bem cuidados. Cozinha muito bem equipada com utensílios novos. Quartos com colchões, ar condicionados e tv novos. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Localização ótima, próximo da praia e do shopping. Proprietário extremamente atencioso e cordial. Com certeza valeu a pena, eu recomendo.
