About this property

Beachfront Condo! Great for a Family Vacation!

We are located directly on the Gulf Of Mexico exactly one mile west of Pensacola Beach Pier. No roads to cross to get to the beach! You literally step out the sliding glass door of our condo and onto the beautiful white beach. You'll have 1,700 sq feet of open, bright and airy accommodations that includes a fully equipped kitchen, all bath and bed linens, washer/dryer, and two private balconies.
Our quiet piece of paradise is directly on beautiful, non-crowded Pensacola Beach and is ideal for strolling or long runs, swimming, surfing, kite flying, dolphin watching, shelling and fishing. Just across the street is a great local's hangout Peg Leg Pete's - known for their seafood, oysters and nightly music. There are other great restaurants nearby - Flounders & Grand Marlin to name a few. A drive into downtown Pensacola will give you a myriad of restaurants like Georgio’s Pizza, McGuires Irish Pub, Dharma Blue, Fish House and Jackson's.

Our condo is two stories. Stairs are inside the unit. An elevator is located at the west end of the building and allows access to both floors without having to take the stairs.
Upstairs, there is a queen bed in the master bedroom and queen in the second bedroom. Both upstairs bedrooms have private full bathrooms. Downstairs there is one bedroom with a queen bed. There is a full bath that opens to to the hallway. The kitchen and living room are also located on the first level. All the bath towels and bed linens you will need are provided.

The living room and master bedroom open onto private balconies where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean views and sea breezes. You'll be assured a good night's sleep with the tranquil sound of the waves.

At Seahorse, you'll have everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation.

A reservation will only be held after payment or deposit is made. I will not hold the reservation if a payment is not made. If two people inquire at the same time, the person who puts the deposit down or makes the payment first will get the reservation.

What a view!

We were delighted with the location and the view from this corner unit! We enjoyed hanging out on the upper balcony as the view was unbeatable! The beach was as close as you could get. Would definitely book again!

Location!

The location is wonderful to enjoy views of the ocean all day long. We watched dolphins swim by every day and loved the super close proximity to the beach. The house is laid out nicely giving all three bedrooms privacy. You can walk to the boardwalk for dinner or the trolley stop is just across the street.

Location location location

The views are so beautiful that words won't do it justice. Wake up to the sound of the waves. Walk across the street to Peg Leg Pete's. Call Hunter Smith if you need a nice, clean, reliable ride to anywhere. 850-501-4448. We will be back!!

Really Great!!!

Great stay!! We have always stayed in high-rise condos because we like a full view of the beach and water BUT we really liked this condo! It is on the end of the building next to a public beach access lot. Therefore, the view out the east window was a couple hundred yards of dunes and sea oats.1st floor is garage, 2nd is kitchen, den & a bedroom w bath. AND stairs off the balcony that is 10’ away from the path that leads out to the beach! 3rd floor is master w bath and another balcony! Plus- an additional bedroom with full bath. Plenty of extra towels, comfy beds and nice linens. Well stocked kitchen & right across the road from convenience store and PegLeg Petes. We will be staying here again! oats.

Perfect!

We had a lot of needs and this condo ticked all the boxes. It was our anniversary, my 84-year-old mother's birthday, and my 22-year-old niece's first beach trip. It was just a simple stroll to the beach and a nice place to rinse off after a day in the sun. The patio was perfect for watching the sunrise, and sunset and stargazing. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in or a short walk across the street to the (BEST!) Peg Leg Pete's for some Grouper Nuggets if we wanted to eat out! It was nice to have a place to store our beach stuff and park the car in the garage and out of the sun. We felt secure, the place was clean and the view was outstanding. The host quickly answered every email and we will be sure to book again! It was a quick drive to shopping, the grocery store in Gulf Breeze, and a nice trip to Ft. Pickens. We even had the surprise of the Blue Angels flying overhead at sunset. The neighbors were quiet and the weather was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. A big thank you to our host for such a clean and enjoyable condo!

Newlywed Getaway Trip

This condo was a great stay for us. The location is absolutely perfect - walk down your back steps and you’re basically on the beach. Gas station across street for small things you may need and walking distance to a great restaurant. The condo itself is very outdated and could use a face lift and didn’t come with many provided amenities but overall is spacious and was a great stay.

Location is amazing!

This property is just steps away from the beach! This is an end unit so no one is to the left of you. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves pretty much the whole week. There are condos behind this unit across the road but you dont feel crowded by the people coming from across the street to the beach. There is stairs that lead directly down from the unit right to the beach. The water was beautiful when we were there. When you come in off the beach there is a water hose and shower head at the bottom of the stairs to rinse the sand off. The house is equipped with everything you could want. The owner was very responsive to our needs while we were there a week. We throughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely book again. Peg Leg Pete’s across the road and Shaggy’s were a few good places we ate at and were excellent. There is a gas station(Tom Thumb) across the road that was so convenient for ice each day. The best part you could walk to it and didn’t have to get in your car to go down the road. There is also a Trolly Stop directly across the road that runs during the evening and will take you around town if you don’t want to drive. We also enjoyed watching 4th of July fireworks that the city put on in our beach chairs on the beach. Bring your beach towels with you.

2 week stay with dogs

Perfect location and beach wasn’t crowded. Not great for dogs as there’s no grass on the property. We had to go across the street a lot. But still grateful dogs are allowed! Loved the aspect of having access to garage so we didn’t have to carry our beach stuff up and down stairs every day.

My happy place

Have stayed here many times. The condo is wonderful with everything you need. But the main attraction is location, location, location!! Steps from the beach, beautiful gulf views from the balcony. And Pegleg Pete's and Tom Thumb store right across the street. Perfect! Can't wait to go back!

We had a great time at Seahorse. Our first time staying there due to bringing our dog. It was clean and well stocked. The view was the best and the location being across from Peg Leg Pete's Oyster Bar was perfect. I've had issues with VRBO and will be calling again to help me with that problem. The owner was kind enough to communicate directly with me rather than through VRBO since I cann't access my account.

Family Vacation

Thank you Carl! This condo was perfect for our family vacation! The condo was just as the listing stated! It was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with essentials. The ocean views from the condo are incredible and just a few steps to the beach! Shops and restaurants are close by and several are very pet- friendly! Carl was very professional and easy to communicate with during the rental process and provided us with detailed policy information. I would definitely recommend renting this condo to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable place to relax and enjoy a beach vacation.

Location!!

We have been to PCola Beach several times and this condo was the best!! You can't get any closer to the beach! Condo was exactly as described; clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Carl is very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

Unit was very nice. Living area and decks tight for 6 adults. Garage very tight for any vehicle like an SUV, with corner posts outside hard to maneuver when vehicles parked nearby. Owner did help with previous matter brought to his attention.

Beautiful views and beach!!

We absolutely loved this condo. The views were awesome and the location was perfect. Steps to the beach made it so nice. The beds were comfy and the layout was nice for privacy in the bedrooms. Had everything you need for the beach, except beach towels. So bring your own!! Will definately be back!!

We have stayed here several times, and this was absolutely the best stay! Unit A has been refreshed and updated and was in the best condition we have ever seen! Wonderful Stay

The location is wonderful and this has to be one of the favorite places we’ve ever stayed on Pensacola Beach. You are steps from the beach and the surf. It’s an end unit without another building on one side so you have unobstructed sunrise views and the balconies on the front afford lovely sunsets and stargazing. We loved the porthole windows especially. While we’ve stayed other places that tout much fancier “designer” amenities, we found this condo had all the “homey” basics you need for a cozy and comfortablr stay. The coffee service was an especially thoughtful touch. The only negatives we encountered were the parking, which if you are in a big vehicle, is tight—it’s on the end and not the easiest to navigate with other cars parked nearby. The balcony sliding doors also could do with a little maintenance—the locks weren’t functional and it looked like the framing needed some attention. Very minor issues, all-in-all but still worth noting. We look forward to making a trip to Seahorse A again. It was a wonderful place to welcome the New Year.

I have the end unit with two round windows facing the sunrise. We are directly on the beach with all that has to offer.

What makes this property unique

The views are spectacular. Pensacola Beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. We are only 8 miles from Pensacola and all it has to offer, but once you get here you may never want to leave.
