Views of the Gulf waters from the master bedroom, the living area and large balcony makes this 1,400 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bath on the second floor a colorful getaway, comfortably outfitted for your vacation needs with a huge HDTV and fine linens.

Fully appointed kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love staying at the SeaChase Resort. While this unit is nicely decorated and comfortable, it has a few flaws and is getting worn. For example, the dining room chairs are so low that you need to sit on pillows while sitting at the table. The cupboard doors often won't stay closed. The view is gorgeous and the unit is roomy. A few updates would go a long way.

The management team is great and quick to respond to any issue. Our washer went out on the first day and they worked fast to get a new one installed. So very helpful! 202E was a very nice unit and I would stay here again. If II had to offer a negative... the patio furniture could use an update, a broom in the unit would be helpful for floor cleanup and the master shower door doesn’t close. We will return to SeaChase!!!

Reviewer Comments: We were told upon arrival (not before when they called to say unit was ready) that pool was not available to use, a big reason why we choose to stay here year after year. Then the smaller pool was also not available to use the last night of our stay due to a party. No offer of a discount or even an apology when I called the front desk, but the offer of we still had the indoor pool to use. That’s not quite the same when you’re on an oceanfront property with 3 pools to choose from for a reason. Ice maker was broken so bagged ice was delivered - inconvenient but nice to offer. Dryer has seen better days and could be replaced.

There were no sharp cutting knives at all as well as other helpful tools such as a peeler or steak knives. Also, the dryer was rusted on the outside as well as inside the door. The porch furniture chair seats were split and in need of repair.
