This unit provides two dedicated parking spaces, allowing you to park upon arrival and explore Dewey Beach on foot. Rehoboth's boardwalk and dining spots are a short trolley ride away, and Tanger Outlets are just a 10-minute drive.

End of Summer at Dewey

Our First trip to Dewey Beach summer 2024

The home was perfect everything was exactly as pictured and more ! Heather was great to communicate with! We were amazed with all the beach chairs , wagon , toys etc . That were there to use . We loved the deck of the kitchen to enjoy breakfast! The kitchen was well equipped down to cinnamon and vanilla for our French toast ! I will definitely return to. this oasis

Perfect family beach week!

What a great home! Plenty of room. Screened porch was perfect for meals and just hanging out. Having the beach wagon available was a huge plus and the little pool was perfect for the 16 month old on the beach! Our family group of 5 adults and 5 children, plus one dog, made some lifelong memories and we are already talking about next year!

Wonderful Location

Had an amazing time!

We went with my family (mom dad brother and two friends and my two kids 4 and 1) to celebrate my sons 4th birthday and Fourth of July. We were on the rooftop to see the rusty rudder fireworks and it was incredible. The house is clean and convenient, a few of us had to work remote on some days and we were able to find private enough locations on the many patios to have meetings etc. The house itself is very convenient and the location is unbeatable, easy walk to the beach especially with littles, easy walk to bars for nightlife and convenient store. Heather (the host) was incredibly accommodating and helpful with instructions and recommendations. She was super communicative and welcoming as well. All in all it was a near perfect stay and I highly recommend. We hope to come back. if I had to make a suggestion it would be to update some of the dressers (at least in the bottom big room) because I didn’t have enough drawers for me and my two young boys but it really wasn’t an issue.

Amazing Stay

I really enjoyed my stay at this house. It was updated, clean, perfect location, and had lots of space! I love going to Dewey Beach and this place made it even more enjoyable. The rooftop deck was spectacular and a beautiful way to see all of Dewey. Communication with Heather was always easy and quick! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Our new favorite

Everything about this property was perfect for our group! We’ve stayed at many different rentals throughout the years in Dewey and I really think this was our favorite. With several of our young adult kids and their significant others, the layout worked great for us. We loved all the decks/balconies too! So relaxing in the early morning or late night to sit outside and listen to the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed and the extra mini fridge is an amazing idea for extra drinks. Even down to something as simple as having all the light switches labeled, great idea! The location was fabulous-steps from the beach and close to everything Dewey has to offer without feeling like you’re in the middle of it. Beds we’re comfortable, showers were hot (even with all of us showering within a short time), a/c was cool-what more could you ask for? Thanks for a great week in Dewey!

Family Vacation

This condo is a wonderful place to stay! The location so close to the beach was so convenient. Plenty of space for everyone inside. We enjoyed eating outside on the deck off of the kitchen. All of the decks were very nice and appreciated the composite decking. No worries about splinters. The deck on the ground floor was very big. Great place to leave beach chairs, etc.

Dewey Family Vacation 22’

We just returned after a week stay at this awesome beach home. Heather was very responsive from the moment I booked until the day we left. This home was perfect for our family of 8 and 2 dogs. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The many decks are were so nice to have and the rooftop deck was great for the 4th of July. We loved this end of Dewey as it’s a little more quiet but still so close to everything. Can’t beat the proximity to the beach. Heather, thank you again for such a wonderful stay and offering a “pet friendly “ home. We hope to be back next summer!

Great family vacation

Great space, fabulous decks that were perfect for two or our 4 daughters who had to work from home a couple days as well as our sweet dog who enjoyed the shade of the mid level carpeted deck to rest in the cool breeze. First time staying in Dewey, very family oriented, quiet beach with plenty to do. We spent a few nights 2 miles down the road in Rehoboth for dinner. Heather was always available and responsive to any question. Highly recommend.

Best Beach Vacation Ever!

We were so completely pleased with our stay we are ready to book for next summer!! The unit was very clean, tastefully decorated and conveniently located to the beach, the bay and to all things Dewey. The check-in was so easy with the key pad. This unit was everything it was presented to be.
