The Barn - Studio Apartment
Newly renovated guest house located on 5 acres just outside the city limits. Safe neighborhood with a fenced in yard. Neighbors have horses and chickens. You may hear a cock a doddle doo or two while you are here.
Guest will have access to the studio apartment, which contains one bedroom, bath, kitchenette and sitting area. There is a small patio with two chairs for the guest to enjoy the out doors during their stay. Feel free to walk your dog(s) around the back yard. No need to worry the back yard is completely fenced in.

My husband and I have three handsome sons and one beautiful little granddaughter. I am retired and my husband has a full-time job outside the home. I love people and convo with new friends from all around the world; therefore, this is the perfect job for me! With four rentals in four different counties here in Florida, I do not always get to meet my guest in person. Although, it is very rewarding that some guest have kept in touch with us through social medial and such. I also have a love for ole things, other than my husband! With this being said, you will find each rental is uniquely decorated with things of the pass. I hope you enjoy your stay and you too will come back and visit us again!

If you are looking for serenity, then this is the place for you. Nice quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Tallahassee, but yet just a hop and skip to town.
What makes this property unique
Escape the hussle and busstle of the city life and come enjoy the peace and quietness of the country. During your stay you are liable to see chickens, goats, horses, deer and bunny rabbits. If you have time during your stay go for a walk or run down the dirt road and relax your mind.
