Great stay!

We had a great stay! Everything was clean, the kitchen is well stocked with what you need to cook meals. Lots of towels available! Awesome location!

Simply Perfect

Our stay was just what we needed to have a much needed enjoyable vacation with family and our little ones. The beds were comfortable and the location of the house was within decent driving distance to Disney. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

We were very happy with our stay. It was super clean with updated furnishings. Check in was easy. Parking was right in front of our door. We had a minor issue and the property manager was terrific in responding (Emerald Island no longer has a grill by the pool/clubhouse)Traffic is very congested on 192 at certain times of the day, but a bit of planning get mitigate the headache.Bottom line, we would stay here again without any qualms.

We've been renting properties owned by Christiane and overseen by Vania for a number of years now and have always found them to be in great shape, very comfortable and fully equipped for our needs. Vania is very responsive to questions or requests. We'll certainly be going back to them next year.

Wonderful Place, Felt Like Home

Our family of four stayed 9 nights at this wonderful condo. This is the fourth condo we’ve stayed in at the Emerald Isle Resort and while last three were very good, this one is best by far. Extremely clean, comfortable beds, an abundance of towels (even beach towels), travel soaps etc., kitchen stocked with lots of utensils, cups, plates etc., kettle, toaster, coffee pot is a Keurig duo so has a pot and also takes pods. When we arrived, we couldn’t get wifi working. Texted property manager and she replied instantly and offered to come to condo right away to reset it. Issue fixed in minutes. Absolutely wonderful to deal with. Another thing we truly appreciated was how well the AC worked for both levels. It was very hot and humid while there so coming back to a nicely cooled condo was a true bonus. Very quiet area as well. Backs onto treed area. This is the condo we will stay in again! Highly highly recommend. We don't really use resort amenities so cannot comment on that but there is a nice looking pool and hot tub etc. It is a 10-20 minute drive to Disney parks and a 20-30 minute drive to Universal and SeaWorld depending on time of day/traffic. The area has a ton of incredible restaurants, CVS, Walgreens, Target, and a Walmart Supercentre all within a 5-10 minute drive. Can’t wait to go back!!

Great Property in a great location

This was our first trip to Florida and this was the perfect base to explore the parks. Loads of shopping and Restaurants within a 10 min drive. It was perfect!

Property was located in a great spot off the main strip. Decor was warm and welcoming. Accommodations were plentiful. Great communication from the host. Overall great experience and would recommend for families wanting a Disney experience.

Florida Vacation

My family and I ventured to Florida and absolutely loved our stay. The kids loved the Disney themed room. We loved the quietness of the resort, the amenities, and the smooth check in process. We will definitely stay again!

Great Location!

This property was in a great location and only 15-20 minutes to Disney and Universal. The owner and property manager were great to communicate with. We had a few concerns but they were taken care of quickly. Overall we had a great stay!

We loved staying here. It was well equipped and had everything that was needed. Also it very clean and the beds were comfortable especially after a hard day hitting the parks. No trouble sleeping! Our little one loved the Mickey room. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation Spot

This home was very clean and convenient to all of Disneys theme parks and stores. I honestly wish we had more time spent in the home; that’s just how comfy and inviting it felt. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were fully stocked with all of your needed essentials plus more. I’d definitely book with them again.

Clean and Convenient Access to Disney

The unit was nice and clean. Easy to access the Disney parks and close to shops and restaurants. Cell service (Verizon) was limited, but the wifi worked great. We took advantage of the community pool and the kitchen space was perfect for our needs.

Clean, beautiful home with everything you need.

We are extremely happy with how nice this townhouse is. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Property manager was great for checking in to see how are stay was going. My only complaint about the resort itself (not this particular home) is that you cannot take any drinks or snacks around the pool area that was closest to us because they have a tiki bar that you can buy snacks and drinks at. For a family of 6, it is simply unaffordable to buy our drinks and snacks there all week, so it was inconvenient to have to go to the pool that was much further away. Tennis and basketball courts are located in phase 2 which is quite a walk, but you can also drive there. All-in-all we were very happy, and I would definitely recommend this home.
