Summary:
Aloha and welcome to our beautiful brand new 2-story, 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath, air conditioned condo located on the 9th hole of Kiahuna Golf Course in Poipu. With ocean, golf course, mountain views. It sits a half mile walk from the world famous Kiahuna beach and 1 mile from Poipu Beach. This condo is on the top two floors of the complex. We hope you will be our guests on your next vacation to the Garden Island of Kauai!!!

Stay in the best condo in the Pili Mai development. We have beautiful golf course, ocean, and mountain views. We also provide everything that you will need minus the food and snorkel gear. Twin beds can be converted to king size bed.

Use the entire home.

The Neighborhood:
We are less than a half mile from Poipu Village Shopping Center and Kiahuna Beach we are right on the Kiahuna Golf Course. We are 1 mile from Poipu Beach and Kukuiula Shopping Center. We are in prime location and the south side is the SUNNY side!!! There is NO CONSTRUCTION near our condo.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car. But while you are at the condo you are less than a half mile from shops, restaurants, and beaches which makes walking an option!!

Family Vacay at Pili Mai

The property was amazing! It was so clean and supplied everything we needed. Communicating with Linda was so easy and she made the check-in and check-out process so easy. Loved the blackout blinds in the bedrooms as it did its job and blocked the sun out. And the sunset from the balcony, amazing. Definitely didn’t need a filter for the photo. I knew booking this place that it was on the second floor, but I do wish they were able to provide better lightning going up the stairs. There could be some rules with that as I noticed all units had little light for the stairs, but there were couple trips due to not seeing the step.

Amazing Beach Vacation!

Overall great trip, property is even nicer than conveyed in the pictures. The place was sparkling clean when we arrived and we had no issues getting in and settled. Kitchen is well stocked with all the pots, pans etc. you could use. Nice supply of cards, games and puzzles to keep kids entertained. Beach gear was also available and easy to access. Property is a second story unit (fyi on getting luggage etc, up stairs) with views of the ocean/ Kiahuna golf course. Great location in the Pili Mai complex, close proximity to the pool/ fitness center. Pool is nice enough, limited chairs but with hot tub and kiddie pool access. Gym is a little tired/ small. Overall, location is fantastic close proximity to Poipu and surrounding beaches (walkable to Starbucks, General Store etc.) and very convenient to the Shops at Kukui‘ula. Highly recommend for a comfortable South Shore vacation.

A beautiful and spacious condo near Poipu

This was a wonderful 3 bedroom condo for our family of 6 - plenty of room for all of us, very clean and well-appointed, and with lovely views over the golf course. We barely needed to turn on the AC because the trade winds kept the condo cool and very comfortable. There is a closet full of beach items and a thoughtful binder with recommendations. Many beaches and dining options nearby. Depending on the number of family members, guests might want to bring extra soap/shampoo. All in all, a great stay

We loved our stay at Pili Mai. Beautiful condo, great amenities, wonderful views. We wished we could have stayed longer. Linda was very helpful before arriving and very kind to offer help if needed during our stay. We highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing villa with amazing service!

This villa is simply amazing! The location is super convenient and the property is sparkling clean, brand new, and the owner has thought of everything. The decorating is custom and comfortable... stunning. Everything has been thought of -- the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd ever need, the beach closet has everything you'll need for the beach, including luxurious beach towels. Our kids felt so at home here and we could 100% relax in such a comfortable and beautiful space. As amazing as the villa is the owner. Linda goes so above and beyond, I could now consider her a friend. She reached out a few times before we arrived to make sure we felt prepared for our visit and once there she continued to ensure we were comfortable! Where Linda went far past all expectations is when she helped us with travel needs even after we checked out. We had another place rented on the north side of the island for a few days but had an issue with the rental and found ourselves with our kids looking for another place to stay. I contacted Linda and while she already had new guests checked into her villa, she made some calls and found us another place in Pili Mai with one of her friends. She stayed up late and continued to help me find a place for that same night. Linda's service is incredible and her villa is everything you'll need. We loved Kauai and would return in a heartbeat and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Thanks Linda :)

Awesome views, wonderful location, nicely appointed

We had a great stay. The Villa has a wonderful balcony which we could watch sunsets every evening. The beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed for our home away from home. The kitchen is well appointed. Some tips: Poipu beach can get pretty crowded -- go to the west side of the island for some awesome, wide, sandy beaches. Great for boogie boarding and body surfing. Try a helicopter ride with the doors off by Jack Harter. Check out the local mall for lots of good restaurants and shops. Try the Beach House restaurant at sunset for wonderful views. And if you just want to eat local - Paco's Tacos next to the golf course is fine. One more thing, skip Keoki's Paradise - a bit too much like Disneyland. The hosts (Linda and Peter) are super helpful. They even arranged to have the house stocked with groceries since we were arriving on Christmas night. All in all an awesome stay. This is

TOP NOTCH! THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC

Beware! If you dont like sunrise/sunsets on the balcony that have you looking at plush golf greens and the ocean. This place is not for you. If you dont like comfortable beds with large 50"+ TV's in every room. This place is not for you. Not that you come to kauai to watch TV but my point is that this place is nice. Not Embassy Suites nice.... More like Hyatt Nice! The place is decked out. Its badass. Its almost funny the couch was so comfortable that i found myself watching TV instead of heading to the beach. If you want Air conditioning. Well they have that too. Its not normal to have A/C. The area is nice. Two shopping centers close by. One is minutes away. Other one is five minutes by car. Poipu is the place to stay on kauai. Its what the island life is really about. Beaches nearby & close to attractions. If your into creature comforts like your home. Then stay here. If you want the motel 6 or a tent. This isn't for you. Linda the owner is off the hook. I would text her with ridiculous questions forgetting what time it was in states. Linda always replied. No matter the hour. Very cool Peeeps. Good stuff. Stay here and forget the rest. Stop wasting your time looking for the best deal. You just found it.

Great place to stay in Poipu Kauai

The is the 3rd tile we have stayed at Pili Mai and this is by the best location in the development. Very few locations have views of the ocean and this particular location is very close to the pool and removed from the construction of the next phase of the project. The owners were flexible on arrival and departure times and were very helpful during our stay. We walked to the beach several times and it only took about 10 min. The location is very central with a large number of restaurants available at close by. We look forward to our next visit.

Beautiful high end property, a great home away from home

We stayed here while visiting Kauai in early April. Found the accomodations to be clean, well-maintained, spacious, inviting. Gourmet kitchen with all the amenities you could want. House well-stocked with basic supplies like toilet paper, shower items, laundry detergent, hand soap, etc. Appreciated that we didn't have to run right to the store when we arrived in order to settle in. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai overlooking the golf course and having breakfast every morning. Perfectly located and convenient to the south shore beaches and numerous great restaurants. Pool on the property was HUGE (not your usual postage stamp) and clean. Hot tub great too. Very nice exercise room as well with multiple treadmills, ellipticals, weights, etc.. The owner, Linda, was very pleasant and also quite communicative and available (I texted her with a question when we first arrived and she responded immediately). She was very responsive to our requests. Would stay here again in a heartbeat the next time we visit the south shore of Kauai!

Beautiful Condo in Kauai

My son and his family were all meeting in Kaua’i to celebrate his 40th birthday. After travel delays and airline cancellations due to the weather on the East coast, Linda Skaggs went out of her way to help me locate alternative flights. My family got there on time, I was delayed by two days. It was so nice to finally get to the condo and it was beyond my expectations! It was beautiful, clean, and very conveniently located in a nice and quiet community. We enjoyed the pool area just as much as the beaches, restaurants, and shopping. I have visited the various Hawaiian islands several times, this was by far the nicest place to stay. Linda Skaggs really does want her guests to have a good time and enjoy the stay. I would definitely stay at this condo again and highly recommend Linda and this condo, for a fabulous vacation!

Amazing high end rental

The pictures and description of this condo does not give it justice. We absolutely loved our stay. We had 6 adults and we were very comfortable!! The location and view from deck are outstanding!!!! I would highly recommend this condo. Pool and hot tub were clean and beautiful. This is as very high end unit, can't believe the owners actual rent something this nice, but we appreciated that they did. Thanks!!!

We searched for two years for the perfect place and we found this specific condo at Pili Mai! The floor plan the amenities and views are superb. We knew it would be a fabulous place for our family to vacation as well as others. We have furnished it with high end furniture, electronics, kitchen appliances and every other detail of the home! That is why our prices are a little more than other condos. We hope you will come experience Kauai in the perfect condo A/C CLEAN condo!!

I didn't want an ocean front property for safety purposes but I wanted a home that was close to the beach and had amazing views. This property offers both. Come be amazed at our condo!

What makes this property unique

The condo has amazing ocean, golf course, and mountain views from every room in the condo!! It is in prime location as well it is on the SUNNY part of the island!! We are close to world famous beaches as well as shops and restaurants and island adventures!! Our condo also has beautiful pools barb ques and a gym the guests are welcomed to use! ALL NECESSITIES the guests will need are provided except food and activity items (surf boards, boogie boards, snorkel gear) however it can be rented for up to a week a near by rental shops.
