this charming house is a 1 story home with no steps, a 2 bedroom both queen size ,a 4 piece bath with safety bars in bathtub, there's an eat in kitchen and all the amenities of home, the house has a day bed and a sofa in the living room. you can enjoy a large 50" television smart tv with Netflix and roku (must have own acc.)
outside there are many trees such as papaya, mango, orange lemon, fig. with tables and chairs to enjoy the beautiful weather.
you can go to world famous barefoot beach,( only 5 min drive)
we have beach chairs for you use
washer and dryer on premises
parking in front of your house so its easy to unload and load your vehicle

clean but lacking

I had trouble getting into the property because I was given the wrong entry code. The owner emailed me at the last minute instead of texting me with the correct code. The home was very clean, very quiet neighborhood but all of the furnishings were very dated. Kitchen utensils were sparse and of poor quality. Last day there the dryer didn't work and I had to go to a laundry mat. Then I went to take a shower and the control handle just spun and only cold water would come out. This was very disappointing!

Nice Place

I recommend this property as a great alternative to similarly priced hotels in the area. It has a sort of old Florida feel in a quiet residential neighborhood, and it's comfortably furnished without being fancy. It's full of light in the morning, which creates a nice atmosphere for coffee.and breakfast. There's even a friendly neighborhood cat that often greeted me in the evening. I'd stay here again.

Perfect location

Older, but neat inside. Very quick response from property manager when I messaged about a minor issue. The location is the best I have had in the area. Super convenient to the beaches. I would definitely stay there again.

Short drive to beach

We primarily used this property as overflow from our winter rental on the beach when our family visited for spring break. It filled that function perfectly for us: it wasn’t too distant, it was clean and quiet, and it was easily accessible. I would very much consider it again should the need arise.

Clean

The property was very clean that was the first thing I noticed. While we were there we had an issue with the handle of the front door and it broke so we got locked out for about an hour. We contacted the host and he didn’t answer for about an hour but when he did he sent someone over right away so that was nice. Overall this was a good place to stay very quite street and a nice home to stay in. I would recommend.

Value Rest

The property was an excellent value in a great location. The cottage certainly wasn't pristine or high end but matched the description quite well. The value was excellent and the unit had everything you need for a cost effective getaway.

Spring Getaway

We have relatives in the area so my boys and their familys came down and we needed more room. My wife and I stayed here and it was just what we needed. Convenient to the beach and many restaurants. Very clean and tidy.

Dirty. Couldn't stay.Did not resemble pictures online in any way. Owner was uncooperative. No refund

Utterly frustrating! Disappointing. Do not rent . No refund didn't even stay. Filthy during covid.
