Step out onto the street side deck and through the breezeway to access a private family suite, featuring a bedroom with a king size bed, and an adjoining bedroom with a built in twin bunk over a queen size bed. The private family suite bedrooms share a full bathroom.
Six master bedrooms, five with king size beds and one with three sets of built in bunk beds, a laundry room and foyer/den with a wet bar can be found on the middle level. The middle level rec room, accessible through a breezeway, and lower level of the main house focus on entertainment. A pool table, shuffleboard, arcade game and a theatre room in the mid-level rec room provide hours of entertainment. A kitchenette keeps snacks and drinks nearby. The lower level rec room is equipped with air hockey, an arcade game, and a gaming station with a combination of PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Wii. A master bedroom, two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a second laundry room round out the bottom level of the home.
From the lower level, step outside to the outdoor entertainment area, featuring a private pool, hot tub, cabana with tiki bar, and outdoor ping pong table.
