Cute place. The house has 500 meters, being 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, 2 grills, party hall, with pool table, small playground, Leisure area, heated pool, wood oven and fireplace. The farmhouse is close to the tourist town of Caconde, where it has dam and water parks, and is also near the wonderful town of Poços de Caldas. Where you will find beautiful restaurants, cinemas and shopping center, also manufactures cheese, wine, and beautiful crystal factories
