Quiet & Peaceful

Our stay was quiet and peaceful. We had 4 in our party and the condo was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. We appreciated the beach chairs, snorkel gear, cooler and beach towels available to us. Good food and grocery stores nearby. The complex has old-school vibes, which we enjoyed. When we accidentally left behind some items after checkout, the owner was very responsive and helpful in assisting us.

Outstanding home - location - hosts!

This was our first time to Maui and it could not have been better! This is a beautiful home in a fantastic location! Our hosts and house manager were so kind and responsive- everything was taken care of above and beyond our expectations. We completely recommend this home for your next Maui stay!

Beautiful Condo

I rented this condo for my mom, her husband, my brother and his girlfriend. They all enjoyed the location, space inside and out and the well-working air-conditioner! We would all recommend this property!

Clean and well stocked.

There was everything we needed, my parents are elderly and having extra accessibility items was much appreciated. Having 3 miles of beach to walk every morning was fantastic!. I love the area although not in the middle of town.

Loved It!

This condo was perfect for us. The location was great and the view was gorgeous. Management was extremely nice and easy to work with. Thanks for having beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. It made our beach days wonderful!

Home away from home

This unit is incredible! From the moment you open the door, it welcomes you in. You look straight across through the patio doors to open lawn and palm trees. The unit is beautifully decorated and carries all the comforts of home. It has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well stocked, the closets have beach equipment… I could go on and on, but yes, an amazing unit!

Great unit and manager

Really nice little unit. Very clean. AC works great. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and beach gear. Management company was very easy to work with and kept in quick contact for check in and out as well as any questions/information. Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding VRBO. Best Equiped VRBO I have ever booked.

This charming condo has two King bedroom bath suites which are perfect for two couples. The kitchen had quality cookware and lots of dishes. The location is perfectly central. There is a beach with an ancient (1400s) fish catch in which sea turtles flock to to sleep at night. We saw whales from our patio. I can not sing enough praises for booking. The owners put a lot of thought into the needs of their renters.

Perfect place for two couples

We loved this place. It essentially had two separate suites with king beds. Each room had its own bathroom and a barn door to the hallway which makes it feel very separate. There was a comfortable living room, small kitchen and lanai looking out on the ocean. It was centrally located with easy access to anything you might need. Kihei is not as posh as some other areas but it felt safe and had long stretches of beaches right outside the door. The condo had everything you might need, from curling iron to beach chairs and towels. Easy check in and lots of parking. Loved it.

Beautiful stay

This place was a dream! Our trip was about two weeks, our first place was in Lahaina and halfway through we moved locations to Kihei. We wished that we stayed here the whole time instead! It was very clean, comfortable and had so many amenities. Not to mention a really easy walk to the beach where many turtles come in to sleep! You can wade in really easily if the tide is low and the turtle patrol will be out there with some educational tips and making sure the turtles are safe from all us lookie-loos. If we stood still they came up really close to check us out around our legs. The host of this place did a fantastic job with communication and parking was super easy. We'll book again!

Perfect stay!!

This rental was fabulous. One of the best we've ever stayed at! Linda was a great communicator and took great care of us. Everything you need is provided. The location can't be beat, with the beach just steps away. Kitchen is stocked well and there are lots of beach toys to use, including an ice chest. There were turtles in the water each day we were there. Grills were clean and shuffleboard was a hit with the kids. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Outdated and dirty

My kids I and visited Maui from 8/2 to 8/8 and the island is beautiful. I wish I had gotten better accomadations. This condo is old everthing is outdated. The place is filty, the pictures posted are misleading and old. I did not feel comfortable sitting on any of the furniture. The unit had a stinch to it. The beach items in the closet smelled like pee. Clearly their priority is profits only.

First time to Maui

This condo is very comfortable and accommodating. Linda, the property manager, answered all our questions and was extremely helpful and friendly. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans, all the necessities. We were able to see turtles in the lagoon every morning (early). If it isn't too windy when you are there, check out the rooftop. The views are amazing and there are grills and tables to enjoy. We enjoyed appetizers and drinks at the restaurant onsite. The view is amazing and the staff were so friendly. This condo unit is updated and clean. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation.

Great Location, Poorly Managed

The condo is nice! The Evolve team did not answer my calls the day of check-in. I could not find the entry code. It was in one email sent a few weeks earlier (not a VRBO email). It was my fault that I didn't see it, but they never answered the phone during the week. Then, they pushed us to check out at 10am, but the reservation said 11am check-out. Also, there are many little maintenance issues that need to be addressed and the lighting is very poor. Otherwise it is a great spot to access a semi-private beach area.
