This is a townhouse quiet community in the middle of Condado, San Juan, the tourist/expatriates district in San Juan. Literally 3 minutes from the beach and just one block from restaurants, hotels and bars.
The property has three floors with two bedrooms with ensuite full bathrooms and one large activity room/bedroom with two full comfortable sleeper couches. Fully equipped kitchen and 2 half bathrooms, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, dining and living room.
The property has a balcony and a large solarium terrace in the third floor. It also has new TV curved screens with cable and WiFi internet in the living room and activities room.
The property is decorated with exquisite taste with fascias in all three floors.

We had amazing time in Condado, we were there for a wedding and it was so great to have the room for my daughters and fiancé to get ready. close to the beach and restaurants was a big plus

3 story condo, 2 blocks from the beach, near plenty of restaurants, and a 24 hour Walgreens with a small grocery store. Getting to old San Juan or the airport is extremely easy with ride-sharing. Truly a perfect spot.

Great stay in great location

The place was exactly as pictures showed on line. Check in was easy and the house had so many things helpful to travelers - staples for the kitchen including coffee, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Location is very close to things on ashford and beach was 2 blocks away.

Beautiful spacious condo close to beach!

The condo was absolutely amazing. Miguel was very helpful during the booking process and Cristina smoothly arranged our arrival and departure. We loved the rooftop patio which was perfect for our morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. The first floor has a nice kitchen, full size washer & dryer and dining / living space. The second floor has two bedrooms - each with their own bathroom. The third floor has a large living space, full bathroom, access the patio and nice views. There is thoughtful artwork throughout the condo. We were also able to park our rental car in the garage. The location was centrally located in Condado with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Property

Beautiful well appointed property close to many restaurants and the beach. It is stocked with everything you will need. The space is tastefully decorated with modern appliances. Even the toiletries were very nice. The AC is cool and all the appliances are modern. The beds, sofa beds, and pillows are very comfortable. You will not regret booking this property.

Totally exceeded our expectations!

This property is so much better than its listing. On the 3rd level, where there are two sofa beds, there is also a full bathroom. We were under the impression that it was only a half bath. The two sofa beds? Far better than the last 4 star hotel I stayed in. Thick comfortable mattresses on these "beds". Not just for kids, two adults in our group slept on these beds and had no issues. Electric shades and blackouts on all of the windows, Italian leather sofa in the main living area, full size name brand appliances, refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker in door. Each room has its own airconditioning unit which works very well and with a remote. Cristina was an amazing property manager. She was always available via text to answer all of our questions and was extremely helpful. The bedrooms had nice closet space and were very comfortable. Things to note: There are two flights of stairs in the unit. The first goes to the master bedrooms, the second goes to the upstairs living area with the two sofa beds. If you have major mobility issues you will not be able to access the sleeping areas or showers. I have bad knees and experience pain when going downstairs. There are no handrails but the stairwell is narrow enough I could put my hands on the walls to assist if needed. I took my time and had no problems. All in all, this is a wonderful property in a great neighborhood. I highly recommend it and would happily stay here again given the opportunity.

Great location, better than the pictures, cute!!

This place is too cute!!! Many stairs, no oven (so don’t grab a frozen pizza lol) otherwise it is super safe, you need keys to get in and out of the gate on the front door, and 2 gates leading to the street also the gate leading to the parking garage. Speaking of that is a tight space, backing in is essential and you must be very careful. The property manager was great everytime I texted her she responded pretty quickly. I would stay again. Walking distance to the beach, casino and many restaurants, short drive or Uber ride to Old San Juan and many other cool places.

Pleasurable stay in Condado

The property is in a good location within easy walking distance to many stores and restaurants. We really appreciated the layout of the townhome which worked well for our family, and it was nicely decorated. Checking in and out was very easy, and the owners were incredibly responsive. Highly recommend!

Elegant, clean, and comfortable condo in Condado

Spotlessly clean, well-air conditioned condo just two blocks from the beach, restaurants, and shops. The check-in process and communication with the owner and manager was really clear and very well-documented with helpful photos. We loved the very-capable A/C, elegant and comfortable living areas, and the big fridge with ice-maker. The kitchen is sufficient for breakfast and very basic meal prep. The deck on the top-floor wasn't usable in July, given the time restrictions, but I appreciate that the people living under the deck also want to have quiet evenings. Beds and linens are good quality. Bathroom connected to the front bedroom is spacious. The shower in the back-bedroom was a tight fit, but usable for my 6'3" husband. A previous reviewer complained about street noise, but the back-bedroom was very quiet, and the people in our group sleeping in the front bedroom had no noise issues. The fold-out couch on the top-floor is surprisingly comfortable. We would be delighted to stay at this property or, frankly, any other managed by this owner-manager team, who are super-responsive and thoughtful.

Overall our experience was really nice. The host was so friendly and communicative. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything we needed. My critiques were almost all external factors. The biggest downside was that this was a fairly noisy location. I was drawn to it because of the quiet time and the neighbors were definitely quiet but the street was loud and busy. The windows didn't do much to keep out the sounds of yelling and honking at all hours of the night. I know that can't be helped but it was a little ironic to be adhering to these quiet hours in a spot where this is little to no quiet. My only minor critiques for the apartment itself were that we did find a few dirty dishes in the cabinets and I also thought the bed was pretty uncomfortable. That's very subjective, of course, but it's just something I struggled with. That said, I absolutely loved talking with the host and would be happy to work with them again.

Nice place, convenient.

was really nice inside the plaza shared with the neighbors was pretty, you can tell they make an effort to keep it nice for everyone. The parking downstairs was tight, but safe and well lit. Nice to have a built in sparking spot in an are where parking is at a premium. Several nice places to eat, shop and drink within easy walking distance. While many places were still recovering from hurricane Maria, the owners have done a nice job with this rental.
