We thought the house was very clean and couldn't have asked for a better vacation home! We'd stay here again in the future .

Poor condition.

The online photos and description were not accurate. Most of the patio furniture was broken, washing machine worked when it wanted. The inside of the house was not very clean, broken windows and the beds were very uncomfortable. We were only able to use the pool for 2 days of our 7 day stay due to algae issues. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone!

Nice could use some updating of kitchen and living room furniture. Cable tv would have been nice. Pool wasn’t maintained very well. I would give it a B+

Absolutely loved it!

Property was very well maintained, indoors was clean and comfortable and very accommodating for our large group. There is plenty of space to hang out in different room and not be on top of each other! It is very conveniently located with plenty of attactions and things to do. The owner was extremely accommodating to our needs and questions expecially since we had been driving for 21 hrs we were able to access the house a little earlier then check in. Over all we had a fantastic time and we would highly recommend renting this home and will be returning ourselves.

Not clean very disappointed

My family arrived here on Sunday 1/8/18 we was suppose to get there Friday 1/5/18 but flight was cancelled due to snow storm. I did E-mail the host we would be arriving late. The host E-mail us back info to get in, once we got there. The main white floor was not clean, the shower curtains was disgusting, there was left over used bar soaps, pool was not clean, old washer and dryer. The washer was full half way with blue water and not draining . The grill was dirty still had food on it. The sliding doors, was broken not easy to slide open and would not lock. We had to buy cleaning products, shower curtains, flip flops, towels, and blankets. We did not feel the comforters was clean to sleep on, just because other places was not clean so we used the blankets we purchased at Wal-Mart to cover the pillows and comforters. Only one t.v. in the living room, none in the bedrooms. I did call the host about the shower curtains not being clean and we brought new ones and I left him the dirty ones, I mention the pool having leafs and not clean. He said the pump should clean it. The next day my brother checked and the pump was not hook up. He never came over just said sorry. I needed a house for my family that was close to my Dad's one bedroom condo since he passed away we had to pack up his condo. We only used the house to sleep and take a shower because during the day and night we was at my dad's place. The stove was also dirty and greasy we never used it. The walls in bedroom next to master room was dirty. I didn't bother calling the host again about the washer not working and grill not clean because we was just too busy and It was too cold to use the pool. It rain real bad Monday night and we got back to the house around 1AM. The front door has marble or some type slippery flooring for the walk way. My brother fell carrying my sleeping nephew. My nephew was okay, my brother was a upset and mad that the owners would have that type of slippery flooring. The good thing about the place it was close to my dad's house, stores and no bugs. House needs to be updated and clean up better. Why charge a cleaning fee when no ones cleans up.

Spacious and met our needs.

The house was spacious enough for 8 adults and 1 infant. It was in a great location for us as well, only being 20 minutes from the airport. My only complaint is that there was no pack and play provided for my 7 month old and we had to borrow one from my dad’s friend. But the host was nice and courtious, answered every question when asked! We really enjoyed our stay!!

Spacious

The house was spacious for a family of 8, the neighbourhood is quiet and only 15mins from PIE airport. The only downside was the bathrooms, they're outdated and we had to wear slippers to the shower, I know the house is old but it really showed it in all the bathrooms. The owner was very prompt with responses both emails and texts. He kept in touch throughout the trip. He provided ample towels and the kitchen cabinets were stocked. We did our own cooking on 2 occasions especially breakfast, there's plenty of china cups and plates. We drove for 30mins to St. Pete beach and 40mins to clearwater beach.

beautiful Mediterranean style home

Check in was super easy, the host was polite and professional. The home was clean and spacious and super relaxing! pet friendly so we were able to have our dogs, close to restaurants and a shopping. We enjoyed our quiet get-a-way! Would definitely return!
