For the month of July we have a seven night minimum with Saturday check in/out!!
This condo is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. It is on the 10th floor and there are two elevators. It is privately owned and we just spent three months renovating our unit. We put in new floors, new bathroom vanities, new toilets and a new shower in the hall bath as well as a completely new kitchen. The kitchen has new cabinets, new appliances, and is well stocked. We are a local family of five that live in the area and we take pride in our investment. We want to rent to those that will treat our second home like their own. We work hard to keep this condo maintained and we take pride in keeping it clean for your use. We appreciate those that leave our condo in great shape upon check-out. We will not rent to more than 6 people at a time and definitely no one under the age of 25.

Emerald Isle is a gated building with access from the Gulf and from the main Avenue. There are 16 floors, two swimming pools, a hot tub, and a (small) workout room. There are two elevators and restrooms in the lobby area. The condo is 1300 sq. ft. with a kitchen, living area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. For those of you who do not like to cook, we are in walking distance to several restaurants.
I am pleased to announce a huge upgrade in internet services effective 10/06/21. Our previous internet service contract was for 10mbs download and 1mbs upload. The Association now has a new agreement with Network Communications to provide 100mbs download and 10mbs upload which brings us 4G speeds and should allow my unit to adequately stream video or conduct virtual meetings without any problems.
****Important Notice from Emerald Isle Association regarding Pets
Published Rule: "Tenants (Guests) are not allowed to bring pets to Emerald Isle. Absolutely no pets may be kept in the units or on the condominium property other than two pets owned by a unit owner, and not his tenant, and provided each of the pets weighs less than 20 pounds. Emerald Isle Resort Condominium. The Association will not, at any time, be held liable for the actions of any and all animals. Emerald Isle Resort Condominium Association will not, at any time, be held liable for the actions of any animal on our property. Each owner takes full responsibility for their animal and will clean up any pet waste from their pet.
The important part to understand is that Tenants (Guests) are NOT allowed to have a pet on the property. This includes "Emotional Support Animals". The only pets that a Tenant may have a trained service animal as allowed by the ADA and federal regulations. However, recent updates to the law allow the Association to document these service animals when brought on the property. This communication intends to inform each Owner/Manager about our Tenant/Guest and Owner Pet Policy, the processes of registering any trained service animal, the process for an owner to request exemption of the Pet Policy to allow an Emotional Support Animal.
ANY OWNER/MANAGER HAVING A TENANT/GUEST INTRODUCE A SERVICE ANIMAL TO THE PROPERTY SHALL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE NOTICE AND DOCUMENTATION PRIOR TO THE PET INTRODUCTION AS FOLLOWS
