The building is new , has elevator, roof top swimming pool, gym and espectacular ocean view from the roof top.
The city zone where the building is located has an excellent location full of restaurants and bars , in front of a sports field and only two blocks from the cosmopolitan 5th Avenue of Playa del Carmen.
