This home is beautifully decorated and completely furnished. It has a comfortable family room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms on opposite sides of the great room gives this 1,080 sq ft cozy condo the perfect layout. Private balcony with table and two chairs to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening with access from living room and master bedroom. Each bedroom has a brand new comfortable memory foam mattress. You always will enjoy clean, fresh sheets/bedding and towels. Wi-Fi internet, 200+ channels, laundry room in unit for your convenience, central A/C and heating. Ceiling fans. Access to gym, saltwater pool, hot tub and barbecue areas. One covered parking assigned but plenty of parking for guests. 20 minutes from Phoenix international airport. Easy access to ALL valley entertainment centers via the 101 loop and I-10 valley freeway system.
