La Brisa beach condominiums offer a Florida charm that is relaxing, easy and captivating. Named for the ocean breezes that flow around the pretty blue and white buildings, La Brisa is an ideal spot to enjoy your Keys vacation. Located on South Roosevelt Boulevard, this secure gated community is directly opposite Smathers Beach. La Brisa offers a neighborly and relaxing atmosphere. Join in on community held activities at the club house, play in a match on the tennis courts and enjoy the sizable pool, hot tub and a spacious common area for chatting, eating and lounging in the sun.

Make your vacation memorable and relish in the comfort and beauty of The Sea Orchid. This recently renovated condo features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a magnificent view of the ocean. The open air design of the living/dining area adds to the spaciousness. While looking out over the Atlantic Ocean, recline on your sofa or rock yourself in your wicker rocking chair and take in the colors of a Key West sunset. The recently renovated kitchen is roomy and boasts a stainless steel refrigerator, and double sink. The large glass dining table has room for six a great view of the ocean.

The master bedroom offers a king bed and double windows looking out over the ocean and a fabulous walk in closet/dressing room. The spa-like master bathroom has dual vanities and an oversized, glass-enclosed walk-in shower. This bedroom also has its own individual access to the private balcony, perfect for an early morning cup of coffee and a sunrise. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet boasting lots of storage. The second bathroom is stylish with its modern glass and tile shower, full wall mirror and granite topped vanity.

La Brisa captures a feel for island life, the way the locals live it, away from the clamor of down town. Quiet moonlit walks on the beach, a morning café con leche from a local vendor and a beach sunrise make for an unforgettable vacation. And while you are tucked away from the noise, you are not too far away. There is a bike trail that leads you along the Atlantic Ocean, past many Key West sights, into the down town area. A large selection of fantastic Key West restaurants and attractions are just a pleasant bike ride away.

Really enjoyed our stay! It was a nice quiet location away from all the busy area but a short drive to go enjoy all the fun activities Key West has to offer!

Pictures don’t do this property justice.

We loved this property. The pool and the hot tub are beautiful, behind the tennis courts there are grills. The beds are comfortable and the giant fridge were a major plus. Smathers beach is a short walk away. The airport is less than 10 minutes away. Our only difficult was finding the right building. On the inside of the circle you will see a red "E" that indicates the correct elevator tower. It is the first one on the left when you enter the development from the automatic gate.

All good here, except for bed bugs

The property was clean, but I gave one star, cause it has bed bugs. Me and my wife had bites all over our legs. We had other small issues which were not major, i wont mention that.

Great condo

This was a great location to be close to the beach and Key West activities without having to be right in the middle of the chaos which is Duval Street. We had a great time, the unit was well furnished, clean and stocked. Would stay there again. Philip

Great views and location

Excellent views of the water from the living room, balcony and master bedroom. Two twin beds in second bedroom were great for adult kids. Great apartment that is across the street from the beach and sunset water sports location. Will stay there again.

Key West Fun In The Sun

The unit was as described and clean. We arrived after office hours. We had received an email directing us to an online portal for details on getting into the unit. The portal appeared to have everything we would need to get into the unit. We arrived at the gated entrance and had no idea what to do. There were no instructions in any email or in the portal on how to open the driveway security gate. We snuck in with another car. The portal had the elevator code and the door code to the unit but no information on how to open the gate. When we called the office the next morning, we were told we should have stopped by their office in downtown Key West to pick up the remote for the driveway gate. That was not mentioned anywhere. We went to the office after the phone call, and they gave us the remote for the gate. While the unit clean and the description and photos were accurate, we did have one problem. There was no hot water in the guest bath shower. The guest bath sink had hot water. Since we were not using the guest bath shower, we did not call the office about it but mentioned it to them when we checked out. We enjoyed our stay and will likely stay there again when we come back to Key West.

Stay at Key West Condo

Very nice condo, we had a great time exploring Key West, next time we will fly right into Key West. Ft Lauderdale and Miami traffic are a brutal experience. Advise=fly into Key West! We were only disappointed about the Sargassum, but it didn't ruin our trip! The Condo complex is beautiful and has a gorgeous pool!!

Beautiful Place

This was a beautiful condo. It was mostly updated and comfortable. The only complaints we had were the smell from the beach, which you essentially get used to and is out of everyone's control, the window in the second bedroom being covered with plywood, which made it very dark during the day but was nice for sleeping, and the dishwasher not working and not being repaired while we were there. It has a lovely view and worked well for our family.

Great location, but didn’t like the current residents

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We checked in late evening. I noticed a few smaller insects as we turned in lights in the kitchen and bathrooms. The next morning I saw several more. I sent pictures to our extermination company at home. Unfortunately I was correct. The current residents were German cockroaches. I notified the leasing office the morning of the second day. On the morning of the third day as I opened the reservoir to add water for a cup of coffee a few more roaches crawled out of the reservoir. At that point I called the office and stated we can no longer tolerate the conditions. They moved us to a diff ent location that evening. I do appreciate the fact that within two days of us notifying the office they relocated us for the remainder of our vacation. However having a night free a few nights free or being compensated for the move would have been a nice gesture other than just expecting us to be grateful they moved us out of a roach infested location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Making the arrangements was easy. It was a little inconvenient to have to go to the office to check in instead of getting a code and going right to the property. I would suggest offering a little more information for people getting there for the first time. We spent a lot of time searching ways of transportation, i.e. bus availability,Duval loop , taxi’s etc. as we were not in the center of Key West. Uber was readily available. The location was terrific with a beach right across the street. The office did not have much information about transportation into the main attractions. We did a lot of researching prior to going to Key West but it would’ve been nice if some information was there at the condo

Nice place

I enjoyed this property, comfortable bed, good shower, comfortable living room furniture, and a nice view of the Gulf of Mexico from the tiled balcony/patio. There was some noise from the busy street, but it was really only bad on the weekends.

Key West Vacation

Very nice property. Very quick walk across the street to the beach. Parking was great. Pool and community were awesome. Great location but was just a little noisy outside based on the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Hot weather

Had a great time with friend but the weather was unfortunately too hot for us. But we did the best we could, ate at some great restaurants, went parasailing, shopped and visited several museums. Very nice condo with all the amenities one would need.
