Only a seashell's throw away from the sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach, this is a newly renovated (post 2020 hurricane season) seaside getaway. Clean, cozy, and fully furnished we want you to make this your home away from home to get away from the bustle of the world. Unless you like that sort of thing, then the Pensacola Beach Trolley will happily whisk you into the surfing, shopping, and nightlife at the heart of the beach.

Like a second home

My family and I have used this condo for 4 years in a row to close out our summer. My kids look forward to going every year. The condo is always clean and the owners are very responsive with all communication. We can't wait to go back next summer.

Great place! We just came in for a quick weekend getaway but could have stayed for much longer. Walk to beach was great! Too cold for pool but also a quick walk.

If you’re going to Pensacola there is no where else I’d stay! This is perfect and I could not say one bad thing regarding it. Our family felt so at home. We cried when we had to leave. We vacation often and hands down this place is nothing but perfect.

This was our second time staying here, and it’s the perfect spot. Very short walk to the beach, lower crowds than the big condos, and well kept property. The owner was very responsive to our questions.

All the previous reviews helped me pick this location. They were all accurate. A minute from the beach walking. Four minutes to the center. Location was perfect. Water is clear and the sand is the whitest you’ll find.

Great stay for a family beach trip

The condo was the perfect size for our family and had everything you could think of down to an extra beach tent. Great condo for a drop and run to the beach without anything trip! The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond when needed. I was even offered to enter the condo early without asking, and they checked on us after there was bad weather. 10/10 would book again!

The place is perfect. Everything matches what’s on the site and the pictures. Everything is provided, easy access to beach. In a safe quiet area. Literally 3 minutes to downtown. We loved it. Thank you so much for sharing your place. Clean comfy and cozy.

10 year anniversary

My husband and I booked this condo for our anniversary this May. It was very clean and not a far walk at all to the beach. The area is quiet and peaceful and the beach isn’t too busy. It was perfect for our stay. I will definitely book again!!

We were so impressed with this stay! The reviews are all correct. Steps away from the beach! Condo was so cute and clean! It was perfect for me and my daughter. It had all the amenities needed from beach chairs to sunscreen. The only downside is that you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs with all you luggage. Nothing says you are out of shape in 80 degree weather lugging suitcases up 2 flights of stairs! Owners were awesome and super responsive.

Great place to stay near the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Communication with the owner was quick easy and they are very responsive to messages. The condo was bigger than it appears in the pictures and was perfect size for me and my son. Would easily accommodate a family of 4. I booked this at the last minute - a day before our arrival. It was clean, fresh towels, a bag of ice in the freezer for us, and had beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. A nice view from the balcony and literally only 25 steps from the beach. I was very pleased and very impressed. My only recommendation is to update your listing description to brag about proximity to the beach and the items you provided to your guests. 😉. Thanks for having us as your guests!

Fun Ocean Getaway

We loved our stay at the condo. It was so close to the ocean, literally a two minute walk. The condo was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice to go to the ocean and take a walk, come back and make breakfast or lunch, and then return later to the beach. It's a very beautiful beach. I would definitely rent this condo again. The hosts were very prompt with communication as well.
