This Spectacular 3-Story Showcase Home is a Mini-Resort within itself! Boasting 7,700 square feet of living, playing and entertainment space, this private home has 7 Spacious Bedrooms and 6 Full Baths. It easily sleeps and accommodates up to 30 guests, so multiple families can enjoy time together under one roof! It's phenomenal location is less than a mile from the entrance to 7 Springs Resort.


We offer contactless check-in for all guests via keypad lock on front door and security panel inside unit.

This home is located in the 7 Springs Swiss Mountain Community. It is conveniently located less than 1 mile from the entrance to 7 Springs Mountain Resort Lodge. It is at the epi-center of all the amazing year-round 7 Springs activities!

Free 24/7 Shuttle Access to all major drop-offs/pick-ups within the 7 Springs Mountain Resort. Simply call the shuttle reservation number provided in the guest manual with your pick-up time, and the shuttle will pick you up at the bottom of the driveway!

Please note: Due to COVID-19, the resort's shuttle service is no longer 24/7 and has been subject to other changes per the resort's attempt to comply w/ COVID-19 prevention guidelines. For more info please contact 7 Springs directly via their website, as current new protocols may be subject to change at any time.

Paulina took long time to respond when the lock was not programmed. Asked several question with no or late responses. The house is amazing, the back steps-patio should have been blown off. Very clean.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this rental. We left pretty disappointed. Below is an honest review.PROS- Size of house- 2 fridges & coffee pots- Shuttle to & from mountain CONS- Check-in process was very disappointing. I paid for early check-in, but when we arrived at the house, the code wasn't properly set up (someone else said they had this same issue). We waited outside almost an hour. - The listing is not entirely accurate. For example, the master bedroom did not have a single bed next to the couch. And there was no queen bed in the loft, just a single bed.- The "bedroom" in the office on the main floor is hardly a bedroom. That was somewhat misleading.- Several lights throughout the house were missing light bulbs. The closet in the master bedroom was without a light. - A lot of the lamps and various decorations throughout the house were wobbly, old and on the verge of falling apart.- The chairs/furniture in the theater room are really beat up.- The basketball hoop is pretty much unusable.- A lot of items in the kitchen were dirty (we cleaned every glass, pot/pan and plate before using them)- There was a lot of junk/storage in the garage- Not enough towels and the towels they did provide were old and dirty

perfect spot for a multi-family trip!
We stayed here with a few families with kids and the location was perfect. super easy and convenient with the shuttle buses down to the resort- stopped right in front of the house. The house was clean and spacious and had lots of fun things to keep even the non-skiers busy. we had a few minor issues that the owner addressed right away. Great communication. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect house for our ski weekend with family and friends at Seven Springs. We enjoyed the skiing but with the lack of snow this winter the house exceeded expectations. The boys loved the basketball court, game room, and theater room. We all enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. Plenty of room for all of us! FYI the shuttle service to ski was fantastic. We look forward to coming back!

Phenomenal Experience
Everything was exceptional! The place was clean, spacious, and accommodating. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We had a large group (15) of employees that stayed, and everyone felt comfortable, and like they had enough space to themselves and wonderful open spaces to gather as well. It was cold the first night & took a little bit of time for the heat to catch up due to the large open spaces, but once we got the fireplaces going and some firewood, it was super cozy! We are already talking about coming back next year!! Lindsey was a delight to deal with, the property maintenance was responsive, and the HOA plows did a great job keeping the roads and driveway taken care of.

House has everything you need!!!!
The house is so great and has everything you need for a fun weekend! Location is amazing. For what you pay though it would be nice for them to have wood available to you for the fire and they 100% need a new couch in the family room. For a place that sleeps so many they need a much larger couch. The one there is gross and falling apart. It’s supposed to be a sectional but its split up in two because it’s broken. Please replace the couch. Other than that place is wonderful and great times were had by all.

Lovely stay with large family
This home has lots of room and can sleep many. We had an issue with the heat for the first two nights. We had some engineers in the family that tried to reset and fix it over a dozen times. Thankfully the host was receptive to the problem and had people out to fix ASAP. The problem is now fixed so this is unlikely to be a problem for anyone else moving forward. Being one of the largest homes in Seven Springs, it is likely to meet the needs of your large family very well.

Perfect experience and trip spent at an AMAZING ultra luxury home at the resort!!
From A to Z 5 star experience the with the entire process, property, stay and our host Barb!! The estate resort home was even more amazing in person! This home is a mini resort in itself, no one from our group was ever bored, there are fun and relaxing things do for any age inside the home, from the lower entertainment level with pool table, juke box, large fully equipped bar and the casino room, with real casino slot machines! and its own movie theater, to the spa "wing" of the home with an indoor large jacuzzi and sauna, perfect to come back to every evening after a fun fulled day of activities. All of the bedrooms were extremely comfortable, we loved the en suite fireplaces in the two master suites, soo cozy. Barb was the perfect host, one of the best experiences we have ever had in booking and staying at a vacation rental. Will definitely book again when our group returns over the summer!!

The good: everything works as described. Beds are comfy. Plenty to do in the house. Access, check in, and check out procedures are super easy and convenient. The bad: the couches in the theater room are in need of repair. The dehumidifier in the sauna room doesn't have a pump and needs emptied frequently to continue running. Several windows missing screens which allow roof access and bugs. Overall, it's a nice place to stay and I'd definitely go there again! Just a few things here and there that need addressed

Great house for a large crowd
The house was great for our family reunion. We had 19 people that stayed at the house and another few that came for festivities and meals. Plenty of beds and baths for everyone. We lived on the patio when we weren't out doing activities. The fire pit was fantastic. We even used it in the mornings. It was chilly while we were there and we sat around it with our coffee. There are so many things to do at Seven Springs and the house is so close. It was super convenient to have the shuttle bus that takes you to the resort. We called and they were there to pick us up in a few minutes. We had a few issues with the house while we were there and the property manager, Barbara, was very responsive to anything that we needed or when we had a question. The reason that I am giving the house a 4 instead of a 5 is the kitchen and couches. The appliances were very dirty. We did a lot of cooking while we were there. We had to wash anything that we wanted to use before we could. The microwave and ovens hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. They had stuck-on food from previous renters. The coffee pot was also very small for a large crowd. We had to keep making pots and put it in carafes to try and keep up. The coffee pot was also very dirty. Also, for so many people, there were not large pans. There were many pots and pans, but none were large and most were dirty or in bad shape (Teflon pans that were cut, which is toxic). The couches in the living room and rec room are both very worn and uncomfortable. All in all it was a great time and great location for our reunion.

Christmas at Seven Springs
One of my daughters 1st reactions when getting into the home was that we were in the wrong house. Kudos to the person who took the pictures of the home as they looked much more impressive than the actual interior. - Furniture in the family room was much older and in poor condition as opposed to what was shown on-line. - Fireplace was full of ash which I eventually had to remove before the Fireplace could be used. - There were no fireplace tools. These had to be requested and arrived the day after our arrival. - We were a party of 20. There was an insufficient amount of dinner ware (all of which was a mismatch of different plates etc.) - There were only 4 Wine/Cocktail glasses in the house. - The day after arriving and after having written a text message to the house manager, we received multiple boxes of dinner ware and glasses. We had to unpack them and then wash them all before using. Not something I envisioned doing on vacation. - the only fire extinguisher in the house was dated 2007. They are supposed to be replaced yearly. A new one was delivered the following day. - Cooking pots were dirty and had to be cleaned before use. - Pool table in the basement but no chalk provided? We had to look for and purchase our own. - Shower door on the main floor BR (old office) was broken and made the shower unusable. - Gas Fireplace in one of the upstairs Master Bedrooms was not working. - Sheets on the bed in one of the upstairs Bedrooms were dirty and had to be washed prior to use. - Shower off of the 2nd bedroom on the main floor was moldy and had to be sprayed prior to use.required. - Majority of chairs in the Theater Room were broken. The house manager was responsive to text messages and claimed no knowledge of the conditions and basically blamed it on the failure of the cleaning crew to advise her prior to our arrival. That shouldn't fly as an acceptable response. The Management company should be inspecting the home prior to a new tenants arrival and assure that the house is in an acceptable condition. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

What was meant to be a beautiful family get together, turned into a home we'll never be returning to
This family vacation was completely uprooted upon our arrival when we discovered the unsanitary/unacceptable conditions of this house. As soon as we arrived, we were met with a broken oven door, run down furniture, soiled bedsheets/towels/pillows covered w/ bodily fluids, urine & blood, a chimney wrapped with tarp (fire hazard), broken patio chairs, cigarette butts, cobwebs, an unworkable theater room that maintenance man couldn't even fix, a dangling mirror, tv remotes misplaced all over the house making it a headache to utilize TVs, kitchen air vents & lightbulbs that didn't work, & most importantly a window on the ground floor not closing for the first 24 hrs, putting ours & our children’s safety at risk. This is just to name a few of the hardships we had to deal with. Within an hr of arriving, we contacted the "property manager" Barbara with 30 pictures of the issues we came across, who claimed she was on vacation & could not come to the home to help us, but would send her maintenance man to shut the window the following day. Even after driving 6 hrs with our children, we were ready to leave the property and find a hotel nearby, but Barbara told us "I will be speaking with the owner tomorrow. I will be in touch tomorrow regarding any refunds." So under the expectation that we were going to be partially refunded for our inconveniences, we stayed. We spent the entire 1st day washing all the sheets, comforters & towels throughout the house. Especially with COVID occurring, we were disgusted by the thought that Barbara's "highly reliable and very good track record" cleaning crew (as she stated) didn't properly sanitize the house or even wash the sheets that our children would have to sleep on. The bedroom with the full size bed was so badly covered in bodily fluids and stains, that we had to make ourselves a makeshift bed by bringing a twin size bed to the "loft" down the hall. The next day, Barbara's attitude quickly turned sour & defensive, rather than apologetic about what we were experiencing. Her response to all our issues was that "we just recently ordered sheets..we have new sectionals waiting to be delivered” but once again she assured us by even asking “what is a refund you think is reasonable?" Finally, the owner and Barbara succumbed to flat out lying about a futon being broken (yet a new 1 was already in the garage) & a bed being wet with pee to cover themselves for the complete lack of upkeep of their “home”. NEVER RETURNING!!

We loved staying here for a week. Comfortable and ample beds, great entertaining and entertainment options, (theater room could use some tech upgrades the only exception), and an amazing kitchen. Even bigger than it looks
This place was awesome, had a blast with four families for our annual ski trip to 7 Springs. The floor plan really worked well for adults and teenagers to have their own hang out zones. Basement was a ton of fun with pool table, games and a huge bunk room. Property is on a bus route which was very convenient for getting to and from the slopes. This was a great perk and let people manage their own schedules.
