There is a second guest bedroom and 2nd bath. The condo is fully equipped with newer furnishings, 3 TV's with wifi, microwave, washer/dryer, all linens, dishes, pots, pans and cutlery. Also provided for your outdoor enjoyment are beach chairs and beach towels. Casa Marina is a secure building located on the south end of the island near Lovers Key State Park. From your condo, it is a short walk to the private beach access for owners and guests. Owners and guests only, have use of the large private pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and fishing pier at the complex. Relax on your private lanai at the end of the day with a favorite beverage, while enjoying the sunset over the marina.

Our building is in beautiful condition with our elevator working. The pool is sparkling clean and open. The private beach is open and cleaned up. Guests are back in the ocean. The trolley is running to take you to Times Square where several bars and restaurants are open. Some shops in Santini plaza are planning to open by the new year 2024. The short drive to Bonita Beach offers shopping, gasoline, and a variety of restaurants and bars.
