(it is a 2-minute car drive - not a walkable distance) to the Deer Crest Gondola with a small lodge, overnight ski check/valet and ticket sales area, and is used primarily by neighborhood residents and locals - it's the best kept secret for Deer Valley -providing effortless access to the resort. It's so convenient, you can even come back to the House for lunch, in the time it takes to dine on the mountain!

We are a local Park City Family (relocated from Southern CA 15 Years Ago when our kids were tots) Now that our children are in High School & College we're looking ahead to downsize from our large horse ranch property - to live at the lake in a few years. In the interim, we offer our luxury home to families vacationing and making their own Park City memories! Whether you are visiting for Skiing or Summer fun, our vacation home is the perfect location to enjoy all that Park City & Deer Valley offer.
