Modern, bright suite centrally located on Lonsdale Avenue with a patio with a view of downtown Vancouver, ocean and mountains. All three bedrooms have queen size beds with 100 % cotton sheets and if you enjoy cooking, the suite has a full kitchen large enough to prepare home-cooked meals.
Bus 230 (15min) to amazing Lonsdale Quay just in front of the house. 12 minute ride on the Seabus to downtown. Skiing/hiking at Grouse Mountain is 10 minutes away. Hiking, biking, restaurants, shopping and more! Secret park for little kids-just 5 minutes walk

Vancouver weekend
I stayed along with my parents and the place was just enough for us. Check in was simple and easy. Only minor thing was one bedroom’s bed was quite noisy when moving around at night, but that’s it. We had a critter (raccoon?) that got into the outside trash bin at night despite it being locked down, so make extra sure nothing is left out.

Great stay in North Van
My family of 5 booked this suite for 3 nights and almost everything was perfect. The suite was clean, comfortable and bright. You can see down to the ocean from the back patio. The location was convenient for us as we were visiting family in north vancouver. I appreciated that the suite was furnished with many basic items that you might need while travelling, like shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen and a hairdryer, basic spices, cold water in the fridge, and even microwave popcorn by the tv. I gave this suite 5 stars but the only two criticisms I have are the pillows are not very comfortable, and unfortunately the walls are very thin between the bedrooms and the upstairs suite. The entrance to the upstairs is right beside the bedroom I slept in and I was awoken by the tenants who were talking loudly at 1am - I could hear every word of their conversation. Overall though, I am pleased with our stay and would stay again,

The Appartement is in north Vancouver so it takes a bit by public transportation. But the neighborhood is it worth. We had a phantastic 4 day stay

A Great Stay
This location was great! Jana was responsive and helpful. A breaker tripped while we were there and she responded quickly to help us get that fixed. The VRBO was clean, well-equipped, and met our needs totally for a girls weekend. The parking was a huge plus, since Vancouver parking can be so pricey!

Lovely stay near great hiking
Very nice place that was comfortable and had everything we needed. Upstairs neighbors were a bit loud and unresponsive one night—I don’t know if they were short term guests too. Location is excellent for hiking, but a bit of a drive to downtown Vancouver, especially during rush hour.

Great for short stay to sight see in Vancouver area
This was perfect for a quick 2 night stay. We did main Vancouver before arriving on day 1, then did Capilano bridge the second day. Also did bowling on Lonsdale. Overall, a relaxing family time with our teens. Market close by made it easy to get snacks and make at home meals. House is 2 story with upstairs as another rental unit. Could hear the upstairs occupants, but not bad.

Had a great time with girlfriends at Jana’s place. The accommodation was well suited for three women. Walking distance to local pub. Driving distance to Cyprus Mountain and Lonsdale Market. Would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely suite. It’s as advertised. Very clean and spacious with a great outdoor sitting area and a BBQ. The view inside
The suite is lovely, and it’s easy to find once you get off the highway. For us it was a great location and everything you need is close. There is only one minor thing which I think could be improved. There is a suite above and it was occupied by three lovely women attending a conference. The one woman even asked me if I wanted anything from Tim’s on her way out one morning. The parking spots for both units are at the back of the house and walkways go up either side of the house. They usually walked up the west side of the house, but on one morning they departed in the morning going down the east side of the house. As luck would have it, I had just finished my shower, but left the towel in the back bedroom…about five steps from the washroom, through a small hall that has a desk in front of a window. I saw the first woman walk past the window, and knowing that women’s visual acuity is based on movement, I stopped. The first woman walked by and the second, just as thought, the visual acuity thing is for dinosaurs in Jurassic Park. The third woman turned her head, stopped, looked down, looked back up at me and smiled. That evening there was a bottle of wine left at the front door, with a thank you card. No, none of this happened, other than me walking past the window naked and thinking about the possibilities. I just thought I'd give the owner a laugh, and suggest a curtain.

Superb basecamp for activities in the North of Vancouver. We are Not the City People. Therefore this Place was ideal for us. Around there are many Parks, trails and Mountains to explore.

Wonderful stay
Excellent 3 bedroom accommodations! Lots of space and super clean. The beds were very comfortable. Great location at the top of Lonsdale with close proximity to several hiking trails. Our hosts were very responsive and friendly. Will stay again.

there were big furniture under the car port which made it impossible to park there we came with two little dogs and they could not sit outside on the deck because it had not e fence or a cate for safety But the rest of the place was good

Criticisms = Problem locking / unlocking front door. No garbage bins or instruction about garbage.... Back room, while the nicest, was too hot (it was heated!!) with no way apparent of turning the heat down

Lovely property
We had a great stay at Jana’s property. Wonderful location, comfortable beds, nice view of the harbour and downtown. The only improvement could be some better sound proofing, there were people in the upstairs unit and we had trouble falling asleep a couple nights as they were making a lot of noise. It sounded like they were in the room with us. Other than that we loved our stay and would book again.

Amazing Location and host.
This is exactly what was listed. The host was incredibly helpfully and nice. Rooms are comfortable, WiFi is amazing, nice cable TV selection, Washer & Dryer good size. Loved having the larger table for family to enjoy dinner. My only fyi for future guest. If your an earlier sleeper there are children up stairs. Not a deal breaker just be aware of the noise. I would stay here again and highly recommend for all those who are looking for amazing hiking.
