E1702 is a two bedroom standard floor plan that will accommodate up to six guests. Fully furnished unit with spacious 1050 sq. feet living space.

The living room has a flat screen TV/cable & DVD player, sofa has a pull out Queen size sleeper, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The dining area includes a dining set that seats six along with a bar area that seats two. The kitchen is fully equipped & renovated with granite counter tops and new cabinets.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a TV/cable, & sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The guest bedroom has one Queen size bed, TV/cable, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There is tile flooring throughout, a washer/dryer in the condo, and the balcony is furnished with four Adirondack chairs. View-Faces direct to the Gulf of Mexico emerald water and sugar white beach and slightly angled to the East as shown in the pictures. Unit was freshly painted for the 2018 season.
