Férias canto do forte, apt 36.
Estadia boa, porém ar condicionado e televisão não estavam funcionando bem. No restante tudo joia. Anfitrião muito gente boa.Ruim também no período de 14 as 16:00hs, faltava água no edifício.

Sem carrinho para subir malas.
Gostaria de agradecer os anfitriões pelo bom atendimento. Estive no imóvel a um tempo atrás e não tinha o cartão para liberar o carrinho, voltei agora e a mesma coisa. Subi com malas para 6 pessoas e compras no braço. A cafeteira não funciona o micro-ondas o botão do liga está quebrado, o fogão só funcionou 2 bocas. Não gostaria que os anfitriões levassem minha avaliação como ofensa, gostaria que fosse ajustado esses itens para que outras pessoas não passem pelo o que passamos por 2 vezes. O apt é limpinho e a localização é maravilhosa.

Imóvel totalmente limpo, organizado, excelente organização de espaço, não precisamos colocar nenhum objeto nosso "no chão" pra acomodar. Cama gostosa, aconchegante, tudo perfeito. Tudo novinho, funcionando, nada faltando pra boa acomodação. Rua tranquila, comércios necessários ao redor, limpeza, organização excelente do condomínio. Basic Property
The check in process is very burocrático as you need to submit the identity from the guests before hand. If something changes it becomes a nightmare. I never experienced something like that before. My guest had a van and he was told to removed it from the parking as it was only for cars. I am not very happy about it as if I hadn’t had a property nearby with parking my guest had to pay for parking which was included in the price and details of the property. Location was perfect. We couldn’t ask for a better location. The property is very basic. We are in 2020 turning 2021 and the flat doesn’t have internet and have poor connection for our own data. We wouldn’t stay there again purely on the comments above which is very important for us.
