This 4 bed, 3 bath, beautifully maintained, ideally located, central-air conditioned one story home sleeps 10, and is just 6 houses from the beach, one block to the school yard with basketball courts, two blocks to Fantasy Island, Bay Village, water slides, shopping, restaurants and many other activities.

Many of our guests are either a family or 2-families who want to share their vacation time together.

The location is fantastic, on a quiet residential street, and the house is bright, warm and extremely relaxing with all of the modern comforts of home.

Our home features four tastefully decorated bedrooms, 1 with a king size bed and flat screen HDTV, 1 with a queen size bed and flat screen HDTV, 1 with a queen sized canopy bed and flat screen HDTV, and the fourth with bunk beds having a twin and full mattress. There are 2 full baths, one with a shower/tub, one with a shower, 1 half-bath, an outdoor shower, and a washer and dryer. The home boasts a large open dining room and living room with a 42” flat panel TV, a pull out Pottery Barn queen sized couch, and a state-of-the art kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and blender.

Outside, there is a comfortable porch where you can sit, relax, and get lulled by the soothing sounds of the ocean, 2 separate seating areas, and a wonderful illuminated seating/dining area complete with both a gas and charcoal grill and outdoor tables with ample seating for 12. The other outdoor amenities include an outdoor shower (with hot and cold water), on-site parking for 4-cars and our home is adjacent to the Beach Haven bike path. The home comes with FREE WiFi, HDTV and Free use of Beach Badges... all included…everything you will need for a great vacation!
