4 Season Lakefront Vacation Home
Nestled in the quaint, A+ rated association of Fawn Lake Forest, this beautiful, lakefront home offers a quiet place to unwind and relax or a launching pad for the outdoor adventures of the Del Water Gap and NEPA. This spacious, comfortable, fully furnished log home with all the amenities is suitable for the solo adventurer, the couple seeking serenity, or the family looking for fun. Monthly rentals only.
The Space
The main level of the home features a great room with a wood burning fireplace, soft leather couches, a large screen TV, a fully functioning kitchen, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms- one with a queen size bed and the other with a twin over full bunkbed. Off the main level is an outdoor deck and a screened porch, all overlooking the lake.
The loft offers a queen size bed and a twin over twin bunkbed, with skylight and ceiling fan, and a ¾ bathroom.
The lower level offers a living area and a game room with an oversized sectional, large screen TV, gas burning stove, and a bedroom with a queen size bed and a ¾ bathroom. Two sliding glass doors open to the lakeside of the house.
Fish right from the backyard lakefront and dock, eagle watch from the lakeside deck, or cozy up to the fire pit at night.
Sheets, towels, shampoo, soap and other basic toiletries are provided.
Cable TV is not provided. The Main and Lower Level TV's are Smart TV's.
There is parking for several cars. Cotton/flannel bedding, Down comforters and Alpaca wool blankets are provided for the winter months. In summertime, the house is fully air-conditioned.
Guest Access
Explore the lake with complimentary watercraft including a canoe, inner tubes, kayak, 2 stand-up paddleboards, and a 12.5 Alcort Puffer sailboat, and a petal boat (be sure to use the life vests provided and the sailboat is only for those certified in sailing). Yard games, fishing poles and tackle, board games, puzzles, a ping-pong table, dart board, fire pit, and a propane grill and charcoal grill are also provided for your enjoyment.
Interaction with Guests
We will leave you to enjoy the time with your friends and family, but will always be available via email, cellphone or text during your stay.
