This oceanfront suite features a private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This suite sleeps up to 6 and offers a separate bedroom with two plush double beds and sleeper sofa in the living room. With a fully-equipped kitchen including a stove, microwave oven and refrigerator, this suite is a perfect oceanfront retreat with all the comforts of home.



TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Check-in: 4:00pm
• Check-out: 10:00am



~What you need to know before your arrival~

• At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made and you must be at least 21 years old to check into the resort
•A USD 17.25 plus tax Resort Fee will be applied daily to this reservation. Daily Resort Charge includes: Guest internet access; Self-Parking 1 car; Select Daily Activities; Steam room and Sauna; Sports Equipment (Tennis and shuffleboard).
• The Debit or Credit Card used to secure your booking must be presented at check-in. If the card is not presented, funds secured are reversed, and payment is secured on the new card. The Card owner must be present at time of arrival.
• A USD 200 Security Hold is required at time of arrival and must be placed on a major credit or debit card.
• We do our best to accommodate all special requests, but we are not always able to do so. Please contact us before your arrival.

• Responsibility for Charges and Damages: You are liable for all damages to the room(s) caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay. • Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
• Smoking Policy: Beach Quarters Resort is a smoke free facility. If smoking occurs in the unit during your stay, a USD 500 cleaning fee will be billed to your account.
• Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.


In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented enhanced cleaning and safety measures. We clean our properties thoroughly with disinfectant while also practicing low-contact protocols.

Gorgeous oceanfront views

Clean, easy check in with friendly staff. Patking garage very wonky but we were told that at check in, walls are VERY THIN, make sure you shove the door shut...it doesnt close behind you. They do have an indoor pool that we did not use (only here for 2 days) but did see people using it. Cable t.v. very scratchy, there was 1 remote for 2 t.v. sets (at least that is all I could find). Bed wasn't too bad, Linens were plentiful, overall, not terrible, but loud traffic and noises from people entering and exiting the premise via the exterior sidewalks.

Great Getaway

Perfect accommodations. Enjoyed the beach, the rooftop pool, and the indoor pool. And sandwiched between all you can eat crab legs for happy hour at Mahi’s and the best orange crushes on the beach at Waterman’s… It couldn’t have been any better location!

Great location, Excellent restaurants, Beautiful views, clean beaches. I have migraines that are triggered by smells and the room, hallways, elevator had an over powering fragrance smell. When we asked about it, we were told it is their cleaning products. That’s just a personal issue but everything else was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Construction, attitudes, and gross

The resort was under construction and the noise from the parking garage was loud all day. The indoor pool was absolutely disgusting- so much so that my 2 teenage boys even turned their noses up. The staff at check in had a horrible attitude when I asked for a luggage cart just screamed into their walkie talkie for Eva to bring it. After waiting for Eva for 15 minutes, we just took turns running items up to the room. Later when asked for pool towels at the front desk I was told that I should have looked in the closet. This info was NOT shared at check in. The room itself was fine. It was clean enough, but not as advertised with only 3 beds instead of 4. We had 2 nights and less than 48 hours at the beach which is the only reason we stayed. I would never recommend this location to anyone, ever. The saving grace is that Waterman's was next door and the room had a balcony on the beach.

Last minute getaway

This was a last minute trip, the beach was nice and relaxing. However the location was okay and the rooms close to us smelled of marijuana all week. We could not enjoy the balcony due to this. And even though the place can not do anything about it the military jets were running drills a good part of the time so being up higher made it sound as though they were coming through your room. It made for a hard night of sleeping. We were able to relax which is what we wanted and the weather was good, just certain things we could not enjoy (balcony) they need to enforce their policy on smoking more and not just have it on a piece of paper.
