Casa Dentro de Condominio a 5 quadras da praia Lazaro
Cumpre o que promete, excelente localização a 5 quadras da Praia do Lazaro, praia muito bonita e calma, excelente para crianças. Lugar mais seguro por estar em condomínio, apesar de não ser fechado. Casa estava bem limpa e bom estado de conservação, com cozinha toda funcional, reflete o anúncio. Casa não é muito grande, mas aproveita bem o espaço, possui 4 quartos, sendo duas suites e vaga para dois carros dentro. Gostei bastante que quase todas as janelas possuem tela contra pernilongo. Anfitrião foi super solícito, responde rápidamente. Pontos de Melhora. Os colchões são antigos e muito finos e moles, foi difícil acostumar, todos reclamaram, seria interessante substituir. A bomba para encher a caixa d agua fica bem Ao lado da janela da suite principal e o som da mesma funcionando é extremamente alto, se voce tem sono leve, vai ser dificil dormir se ela precisar funcionar a noite como aconteceu conosco nas 3 noites que passamos, ideal seria realocar o lugar da caixa e da bomba para não incomodar tanto e comprar uma bomba menos barulhenta.
