Contemporary and bright, this home is a wonderful Ptown getaway with up-to-date amenities that include central air conditioning and a private parking spot. Occupancy is limited to 2 guests. Strictly non-smoking and pet-free (no pets allowed per association rules and allergy issues).

Detailed Description:
Located in Provincetown's beautiful West End neighborhood, Jones Locker is a well-known and much loved waterfront complex that affords spectacular harbor views and direct beach access. The location is convention, yet quiet, and only steps from the breakwater and the Red Inn. It is a beautiful stroll to McMillan Wharf (where the ferries arrive/depart) and the center of town with all of its wonderful restaurants, shops, and galleries. While there is no need for a car, we do have a private, off-street parking spot for your vehicle.

The residence is crisp and modern, bright and airy in its classic Cape Cod charm. Situated on the water and steps from the sand, the townhome has sweeping harbor views from the private deck and abundant windows. Recently renovated and lovingly maintained, this home is the perfect place to relax and escape from it all.

The kitchen is fully stocked with coordinated dishes, cocktail glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. You will not find any typical mismatched kitchen castoffs here.

We have a long history of renting in both Provincetown and Boston. We take pride in providing our guests with quality, clean and well-maintained accommodations.

We also believe in guest privacy and enjoyment. While we are available for questions and to address issues that may arise, we take a hands-off approach otherwise. We will only reach out only if necessary or as requested.

- 7 night minimum in June/July/August/September with a Saturday only check-in/check-out during these months

- This home is situated on 2 levels with the bedroom on the first floor and the living area on the second (top) floor. Access between levels is via an indoor spiral staircase and/or exterior stairs from the exclusive use deck. There are no units above or below so you will not hear the sounds of walking above you.

- Central A/C and heat on each floor (zoned independently for comfort)

- Samsung 50” 4K SMART flat panel TV with NetFlix, Hulu, HBOMax, etc in living room and bedroom to log into your streaming accounts

- Linens replaced each spring with high quality cotton sheets and fluffy, soft towels. Beach towels, umbrella and chairs also provided

- Well-stocked kitchen with modern and matching plates, glasses, kitchen knives and supplies (no mismatched plastic cups or random useless kitchen gadgets)

- Beville kitchen appliances and full-size Keurig Duo Plus (brews coffee and pods)

- Private deck and chairs on second floor overlooking the harbor

- Designated, off-street parking space. Separately, a time-limited parking spot is available in front of building for loading/unloading convenience

- Large common deck is for use and provides direct access to the beach and harbor

- On-site bicycle rack is located on common deck; bicycles can be rented at various locations in town (Arnold’s, Gale Force, Ptown Bike, The Bike Shack, etc)

- On-site commercial grade coin-operated washer and dryer

- Xfinity high-speed WiFi, NOT shared with other guests

- Strict association policy prohibits smoking, BBQs/grills and pets. Sorry, we are unable to grant exceptions to homeowner association policies

- Occupancy is strictly limited to 2 guests; no pets allowed. Guests that bring pets will be charged a deep cleaning fee ($300) and required to leave immediately

- Camera located outside the front door for security purposes only. The camera is visibly mounted under the deck stairs and monitors the exterior front door. Recordings are deleted after guest stays, access is password protected and strictly used for security only.
