All Rentals Require 50% Deposit at the time of the Booking. The Balance of Your Total, Plus $300 Security Deposit Due 60 days Prior to Your Arrival. Security Deposit is Refundable Within 10 Business Days after Your Departure.
Most Credit Cards are Accepted with 2.5 -10%, any foreign Credit Cards with 10 -12% C.C. Processing Fee. Reservations must be prepaid and are not refundable less then 60 days prior to arrival.

Most golf courses allow you to book many days in advance if you book thru them. The prices will be full rate but at least you are guaranteed your choice of courses.
