There is no cash available at this property, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

General Property Updates
On-site parking is $15 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner stays and other vacation ownership package reservations.

The Villas and Studios at Mountain Valley Lodge rely on alpine breezes and do not have air conditioning.

Skiing
Breckenridge is blessed with four peaks, boasting 155 ski trails and 30 lifts. There is also world-class skiing at Keystone, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin. Gold Run Nordic Center, features 27 kilometers of immaculate trails for Nordic skiing. If you can get your fill by day, check out night skiing at Keystone.
