Located directly on Little Sabine Bay and across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, the tranquil setting is the perfect get-way, yet close to everything. This condo has a cool vibe with a focus on comfort and relaxation, a perfect home base for all the fun activities in and around Pensacola Beach.

This cozy, cheerful, and fun beach condo has one bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom and the living room has a comfortable queen size pull-out bed. The modern kitchen features new appliances and a poured concrete countertop with colorful glass fleck accents. This unit sleeps 4 people.

You’ll love the convenience of the sliding glass door to your own ground-level patio where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the bay. There are no stairs to reach the condo and the beach is a short, easy walk across the road. Keep your car cool in the reserved covered parking space. Additional guest parking is available.

Nice, quiet location

The condo provided everything we needed for a quiet trip to Pensacola Beach. It was close to restaurants and beach access and was even more convenient with the help of the Gopher Carts.

Pensacola

It was a good place to stay because of the perfect location with the beach right across the street. The view of the water was nice to see when you looked out the back. Unfortunately the occupants above us were loud. We could hear them fighting in the middle of the night and laughing another night. I’m not sure if the place needs new sheets or if they weren’t washed. Fortunately, I found some clean blankets in the closet even though one of them smelled dirty. Overall, it was a good place to come and go on vacation.

Perfect for our honeymoon!

We stayed at this cute lil place for a week during our honeymoon! We loved the quiet location. The condo was cute and comfy. Small, but it was just right for the two of us! We loved being close to the water as well. The throw blankets were a nice touch as I had forgotten to bring ours. It was a bit of a walking distance from the boardwalk. The trolly wasn’t running this time of year but it didn’t inconvenience us. Check in/out was super easy!! There isn’t a pool on this location, fyi. We didn’t think that there was but we’d gotten an email saying there would be maintenance on the pool a few days during our stay. So we got super excited, however there wasn’t a pool. Which was okay, cause we have the beach! Also, was told there wasn’t a grill but could bring our own. Behind the building, by the water, there was a picnic table and a small outdoor camping grill! We def used it! Overall our experience was absolutely wonderful. We were very pleased and plan to come back again!

Super convenient location, the management was super informative! The AC worked super great, there were even some beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet for guest use. Overall a great spot to stay for a few days!

What a gem!

This VRBO is so cute! It is perfect for you if you plan on spending a lot of time at the beach and exploring. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of tools for cooking. The beach is a short walk away. I recommend having a vehicle or bikes because it is a good ways away from the restaurants, at least a 15min walk to the closest restaurant. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom seem newly renovated. I needed maintenance for a small repair and the communication was quick and repairs made in a timely fashion. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Pensacola. I loved this place!

Wonderful Property

After coming to Pensacola Beach for over a decade, this is among the best of the condos we have stayed in. Spotless, easy beach access and so quiet. Highly recommend.

Worst stay I have ever had!

There was chip crumbs all over the coffee table and a used cutip in the bedroom (we chose not to report and tried to give this place a chance). The A/C went out multiple times during our stay with water leaking from the unit (which there was a cup already full of water inside next to the A/C meaning there has been issues before). Texted with the manager Lori at 10am and was instructed someone would be out to fix it and as it was getting closer to 12am my friend and I felt uncomfortable for men to show up and mess with the A/C as we were tired and had sunrise plans at 5:30am which we had to cancel!! We were told through text that they could come the next day which we were relieved... Untill 1am when we were told let me in I am here with the HVAC and they can't come in the morning. I was asleep at that point and my friend was so terrified that her husband instructed her to call 911. It was completely bizarre and the communication from the manager Lori was awful. Lori even sent us a text saying they could have the sheriff escort them in if that made us feel better but was annoyed when we called them in the first place and was completely rude to us that night. Guess what?! When they fixed the a/c it was clogged the next day!! Which we text the manager again lettinf her know and she told us that no one would be coming back out to fix it. This place was so disrespectful to their guests and have not sent a formal apology for their mistakes or tried to rectify this situation. I would not recommend them ever and will never stay in a place they manage ever again.

Beautiful place

My mom and I stayed here during June, 2021 and loved our time in Pensacola. The condo was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach (just across the street) and beautiful sunset views from the patio. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Place to unwind

The wife and I were looking for a change of scenery. We were surprised at this place. It is well maintained and well designed. We enjoyed our stay and we were very impressed. The only thing negative that happened was an incident with the Ice machine. it kept giving us a D1 error. Other than that everything was great and we do plan to return in the future. Thanks Steve.

Perfect spot for Couple’s Getaway

My fiancée and I were supposed to get married this year, but due to COVID, we were forced to reschedule. Decided to come down here for our replacement weekend weekend and vacation after and it was great! Great location to the beach, morning coffee on the patio is great, and it’s a perfect spot for two people to enjoy each other’s company! Would recommend and would go back.
