Elegant and sophisticated, the villa has recently been renovated into a stylish boutique retreat. Accommodating up to 8 adults in exceptional comfort, the main house comprises of a large fitted kitchen with all amenities, a spacious sitting room and 2 king sized ensuite bedrooms. In the Pool Pavilion you will find a further two chic ensuite bedrooms, one with a Queen and one with twin beds, as well as changing facilities and a stunning relaxation area.

All bedrooms have lake views and are fitted with both air conditioning and ceiling fans as well as luxurious bed linen.

There is WIFI coverage throughout.

Alfresco dining is a must. Choose between the terrace for aperitifs, the pool house area for light snacks, the lower garden terrace (complete with kingsize hanging bed) for dinner under the stars.
The gardens, lush and unspoiled, brimming with life are perfect for watching out for butterflies, listening to the sounds of birds soaring above, and the gentle lapping of the waves at the shores edge.

The island is a mere 10 minute boat ride from the Unesco World Heritage site of Granada (50 minute taxi ride from the international airport of Managua), yet a million miles away in a world of it's own.

Two managers are onsite at all times (both have been trained in Red Cross First Aid and Life Saving)

An interpreter is available at most times (for a minimal charge).

A Private Chef is available on request

Complimentary kayaks so you can glide through the waterways exploring the other magical islands and revel in the amazing surroundings.

Yoga classes and massages can be pre-booked.

Paddle boarding sessions can be arranged.

Packages can be provided on request including: Champagne and chocolates. 'essentials' shopping, cocktail/drinks packages etc. Please ask and we will do our best to fulfil your needs.

Note: the tap water on the island is unsuitable for drinking and so complimentary mineral water fountains can be found both in the main house and pool area.

Time of arrival is between 2pm and sunset (5pm) seven days a week.

An earlier arrival can be requested but arrival after dark is not possible. We can provide details of hotels if you are planning to arrive in the evening.
