Varazze is strategically located:
- 1 hour and a half from Milan, Malpensa Airport and Turin
- 20 minutes from Genoa
- 15 minutes from Savona
- 45 minutes from Alexandria
The car can be parked on the road. There is no parking problem in that area.
Varazze offers the possibility of practicing various sports activities:
- SURF: Varazze is one of 10 best places to surf in Europe
- GOLF: the house is near the Golf Club of Cogoleto and the one of Arenzano
- MOUNTAIN BIKE: it has several paths to practice this sport
- VELA and WINDSURF: has a sailing and windsurf school at the harbor
- FISHING: has many fishing areas (the Lungomare Europa has lots of those)
- SNORKELING: numerous places with rocks to see fish
- TENNIS AND FOOTBALL
- HUNTING AND HIKING

The apartment is located in a very quiet residence of two buildings and allows direct access to the seafront Lungomare Europa with the possibility to reach the lovely coves of the Piani di Invrea or reach the managed beach in few minutes on foot - Cala Loca and Baia Del Corvo.
Bikes are available to quickly reach the beaches, the center of Varazze or Cogoleto.
