Summary:
A 4BR 3BA townhome with a private splash pool situated in a resort with all the amenities you will need for a great stay close to the major parks. Townhome is close to the clubhouse, faces south and offers full privacy since there is no rear neighbor.

The Space:
A 4BR 3BA town home with a private splash pool situated in a resort with all the amenities you will need for a great stay close to the major amusement parks.

Our town home probably has the best location in Paradise Palms. It's just around the corner from the clubhouse and has what few other houses in Paradise Palms have, that is privacy. Most of the homes in Paradise Palms face each other which our house doesn't do. There is no other house overlooking the pool and the lanai which you will highly appreciate. Watch the palm trees instead of your neighbor!

Property worked for our needs
The layout and size of the spaces were good. Having two primary bedrooms was a nice feature and just what we needed with our elderly dad. I had a few disappointments. The condo is VERY sparsely supplied. The kitchen had cheap utensils and everything was just thrown into unlined drawers- it made it feel dirty. I went to the Dollar Tree and got a few necessities to help us get by. The trim on the stairs was falling off also. There were bug traps around and we saw a few roaches :(. Mark was very quick to respond to any questions, but the house just needs to be maintained a little better.

Great neighborhood! Bare minimum accommodations.
Pros: 1. The neighborhood and clubhouse amenities are very nice. (And super close to this unit!) 2. The check-in process was straightforward 3. The condo was very quiet! 4. The property manager was great to work with and did his best to make things right. 5. The pool was heated! 6. The master bed mattress is quite comfortable! Cons: 1. The condo is dated. Furniture is worn, flooring on the stairs is falling off. 2. Outside of the master, the beds are not even remotely comfortable. 3. We had dead bugs in the bedding (I get it, it’s Florida and bugs will get in, but dead bugs inside the duvet covers is just gross) 4. They stock the ABSOLUTE BARE MINIMUM disposables. We had partial rolls of toilet paper, a single trash bag, 1 roll of paper towels, minimal soap, etc. The property manager did his best to offset the inconvenience of a late night Walmart run, but this is just a silly corner to cut. Raise your price by $5 and include an extra roll of toilet paper. 5. The pool is tiny! The pictures are a bit deceptive. That being said, the clubhouse pool and spa are GREAT and only a few steps away. 6. The cleaners are doing bare minimum surface cleaning. Don’t look behind doors, under tables, furniture, etc. Overall, the stay was fine. Mark was great to work with. I understand cutting costs to make your place as affordable as possible, but you may have cut just a little too deep. A decent deep cleaning and a couple rolls of TP would be a game changer!

Nice spot in a gated community.
Only downside on the whole rental would be bed comfort. The beds were hard. Everything was in perfect working order though. I'd stay again. Easy check in at the gate and the entire community was very nice. Also, very easy to communicate with property owner if needed.

Wonderful getaway
We really enjoyed our stay! The home is spacious, clean, and well kept. Having 3 bathrooms was amazing! The neighborhood is conveniently located to stores and restaurants. The resort amenities were great. The kitchen is not as fully stocked as I’m used to with rentals (no potholders, limited glasses, no salt and pepper) but those were minor inconveniences that didn’t greatly impact our stay. We loved having the private pool as well. Definitely recommend! Mark was easy to communicate with during our stay.

Property was decently clean, in a good area, and owner was easy to get into contact with for questions HOWEVER we had 3 rolls of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms and ALL of them were more than halfway used up with no spares in sight. There was ONE trash bag for the whole stay, we had to buy more. There were no paper towels at all. 2 washcloths total in the entire house. Pillows are super flat. We bought washcloths, toilet paper, laundry detergent, even a pillow and left it all so the next guest wouldn’t have to suffer as much. If it was properly stocked it would be 5 stars.

Perfect location in the resort. Very close to community pool. Nice and quiet when in backyard pool area. Townhome very clean and well stocked. Close to all the theme parks and grocery stores. I would definitely stay here again!

Property is great and perfect location. Only downside were the king beds were stiff as stone. Proximity to clubhouse and pool are great. Small pool at house is perfect for quick dip.

My friends and I loved the location and the safety provided by this location. 25 minutes to Orlando with jo traffic and 45 with traffic. The amenities are nice at the location and the small private pool was great to just relax in. The hosts were very prompt to answer any questions and provide great service.

Cozy and spacious, close to Disney
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We would book again. The pool was nice and our kids enjoyed having separate corners of the house. This location is near 192 which has most conveniences like supermarkets and restaurants and it’s about 20 minutes (with traffic) to Disney. Seaworld is about a half hour drive and Universal is similarly distanced. The community is quite nice itself also.

He Forgot To Tell Us...
Although we paid a CLEANING FEE, there must not have been any cleaning crew. When we found the main remote it was under the sofa cushion with many crumbs and a lighter, none of us smoke. 2 of the remotes had NO batteries We had no towels, they were all in the dryer. The TV's were ancient and used 2 remotes (some of the original flat screens) MB tubs clogged up. Big Thank you to my husband who knew how to unclog it. There was NO starter packets. Just what was left on the rolls for tissue, paper towels, and trash bags. We had to buy all of that. Stair rails were sticky, No mop and no mats on the kitchen floor. NASTY! NO ice maker, 3 trays that were empty. Please, Please list the people traveling with you so that they can enter the Activity Center, we were not informed about that and lots of other things. FYI, the vase in the main room was cracked, I moved it to the Bar Counter, so that NO further damage could be done to it.
