Canyon Ridge is a luxurious four-bedroom penthouse suite in Radium’s exclusive Sable Ridge Resort. Comfortably sleeping eight guests, this top floor, end condominium unit has a modern, open concept and promises guests incredible views of the Purcell and Rocky Mountains.

Your stay at Canyon Ridge promises to be an unforgettable time of relaxation and memory-making. Whether you’re hiking the nearby Sinclair Creek trails, soaking in the onsite hot tub or seasonal swimming pool, golfing one of the over 20 nearby courses or simply curling up with a book next to the gas fireplace or on one of the two decks, enjoying the almost 360 degree views and the modern amenities of this deluxe penthouse suite will be a highlight.

Canyon Ridge is completely equipped with all the amenities of home that you will require including plush Egyptian cotton towels and bathrobes, high thread count pressed cotton sheets, additional cozy throws for wrapping yourself up on the couch during that movie, Cobblestone Creek signature spa bath products and our very own Craft Roasted and ground coffee, an assortment of teas and hot chocolate, sugar, salt, pepper, tin foil, stretch wrap, dishwashing soap, hand soaps, household cleaners, paper products including ultra plush toilet paper, kleenex, a fully stocked kitchen including dishes, cups and utensils for 12, bake and serve ware, waffle, coffee machine, grill, popcorn popper, blender, hand mixer and a kettle all so you can relax and be pampered while enjoying the beauty of nature just outside your door. Cable TV is not provided but enjoy access to Apple TV while using your personal log-in.

We'll even shop for the grocery's if you like and ensure the fridge is filled upon your arrival!

Great property but bad communications

Directions to check in seemed extensive but the info about the key fob at the front entry needs to be updated as it was not clear and therefore quite frustrating. We had requested a playpen but it was not there and despite emails, texts, and calls to the three listed numbers, it did not arrive until the day before we checked out. But overall the condo was clean and lovely (although a bag of garbage was sitting on the dining room table when we arrived LOL). We would recommend it… if you don’t need a playpen.

Absolute nightmare

We actually didn’t stay in the property. They double booked, so we were offered another property… When we arrived for our checkin we had not received the access code… after numerous unanswered messages sent we eventually had to tell our friends to cancel their trip… We finally heard from the property manager with the access details an hour later… We had already booked a hotel room at Copper Point. We got a partial refund for our efforts… Worst part was that this was for my special birthday weekend.. I’ve been using VRBO since it’s inception and this was the first time ever experiencing something like this.

Clean, very suitable for 8 of us. Full to the brim with everything you could possbly need on your holiday. Easy check in, easy check out. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We will definitely be booking this again!! Thanks so much for making our vacation stress free and so enjoyable.

Watch the extra fees added in your final bill

$800.00 extra fees added to an additional two hundred a night over the advertised cost. Communication on location of key to enter was not available in my email, once in the building the keyless entry for the unit wasn't working the battery was almost dead. Key was left inside the condo with a note that the lock wasn't working lol Otherwise it was a pleasant enough condo. Kitchen has most of what you would need, two double beds would be preferred with the king and room for two twins in the fourth where this is one.

We loved the property!! Amenities were out of sight, awesome pool, awesome hot tub. Kitchen well stocked, beds comfy- thanks for the extra pillows. Perfect fit for 5 of us!! Definitely stay here again!!

Golf Getaway

Perfect for 4 guys on a golf trip as there are 4 bedrooms - which can be tough to find. We played a round before checking in and used KP to determine choice of rooms. Used the hot tub every day and enjoyed soaking away the knots while laughing and reminiscing the good and bad shots. The property is easy to find and easy to access. A few days before check-in, the property manager sent a detailed email with all the pertinent information. We found everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking breakfasts. We used the BBQ twice for dinners in. There are plenty of dishes and glassware. However, we couldn’t find a cutting board or a corkscrew. Everyone reported that their beds were comfortable. Lotta of pillows and extra blankets if required. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Well equipped Kitchen and unit. there were 4 rooms which is great but would be nice if single beds could be queens or in room with 2 beds, 1 queen and 1 single. Overall, good place and would stay again

Loved the condo exactly what we needed for the 8 of us (3 couples and two kids). Would be nice to know that there were no towels at the hot tub. Other then that it was a beautiful property and would definitely go back.

Easter Family Trip

The perfect place to enjoy family time. We stay in this location with a family of four and Grandparents. It was the perfect setup for all of us to have our own space when needed. The kitchen is fully stocked, BBQ was well maintained, beds were comfortable and the towels were luxury quality. Only one thing was a little tough teaching the grandparents to use the AppleTV as this is the only viewing system available. Honestly, if we weren't there with them they won't have been able to watch anything on TV or listen to music as the docking station wasnt compatible with their phone. In the end though we really enjoy our stay and would come back.

My wife and I began renting out our own vacation home in the Columbia Valley and soon had our neighbors asking us to manage and market their vacation homes, due to the success we were having with our homes and our previous experience in the tourism industry.

Our success though, really falls back to how our guests were enjoying the homes we were managing, the cleanliness of the homes, the quality amenities we thought each guest would enjoy and the memories each guest, their friends and families, were making. We truly look forward to hearing from our past guests on how they enjoyed their stay or their suggestions on how we can make future guest experiences more pleasurable.

Why they chose this property

The resort development where Canyon Ridge is located as so many great features, two being the two outdoor hot tubs and the great swimming pool and lounge area that guests can relax around. Sable Ridge has to be one of the nicest and well maintained resort properties in the Columbia/Lake Windermere valley and it being so centrally located, only a 5 minute walk from Radium's main street, where you'll find great little cafes, quaint shops, pubs, grocery stores, hiking trails, play grounds, ball diamonds and a skating rink. The community really does have everything a guest would need all within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefits of our Canyon Ridge would definitely have to be the outdoor year round hot tub, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, hiking trails on either side of the resort, playgrounds, a ball diamond and an outdoor exercise equipment gym only minutes away.
