Gorgeous Cozy Cabin in Canyon Lake! Only 5 minutes from the lake and river!
Welcome to our newly refurbished Gorgeous Cozy Cabin (and Tree House)! A spacious, tranquil haven to play, relax, unwind, escape, and explore the Texas Hill Country! Only a 5-minute drive from the best swimming spot on Canyon Lake (and 1 minute from Canyon Lake Dam and boat launch). This is THE PERFECT GETAWAY for singles, couples, and families!
Cozy Cabin is tucked away at one side of our 4-acre property and right in the middle of all the action in the Texas Hill Country! It comes with all the basic amenities, including a full-size refrigerator, a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor showers, towels, etc. We are only 4 miles from the famous "Whitewater Amphitheater" and "Tubing at the Horseshoe," and located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, nestled amongst the trees and unnoticeable from the main road making it private and tranquil.
You have two small deck areas, plus a gorgeous yard space (shared with other guests) that comes with picnic tables, a propane BBQ/Smoker, a TREE HOUSE, and a cute OUTDOOR SHOWER with hot and cold water! We have parking for up to 2 vehicles right next to your cabin and potential parking for truck and boat trailers close by (please contact us for more info on extra parking).
We have other vacation rental cabins on our property (as well as our private homes), each of which has its own private area. We ensure that our guests have adequate personal space and privacy to enjoy the peacefulness of this magical property and all the wildlife that comes with it!
We are very close to the Canyon Lake Dam (only a 1-minute drive or a 10-minute walk away). Visitors come from all over to walk, cycle, and run across this 1-mile long dam. The views are spectacular, and the best swimming spot on the lake is at the far side of the dam!

Hi, I am Jennifer, the owner (Christen is my awesome property manager!). I grew up in Ireland and have been living in Texas with my family for over 15 years. I absolutely love sharing the magic of our beautiful Hill Country property with guests coming from far and wide.
Why they chose this property
Canyon Lake is such an amazing place with so many wonderful things to do. We consider ourselves extremely lucky to live so close to the best swimming spot on the lake and also the spillway at the Canyon Lake Dam. Every night we walk from our home to the dam to watch the spectacular sunsets. The gorgeous and refreshing Guadalupe River is also just minutes from our home!
What makes this property unique
There is a healing energy on this land and almost every person who visits for a day or more comments on it. Even though we've built a small village of cute, creative, and elegant vacation homes (and private homes) on our land, we have managed to maintain the quiet, nurturing, and healing ambiance that touches so many people who stay here. We love this property and feel very lucky to share its magic with others.
