Come and enjoy our beautiful OCEAN VIEW condo that has been recently upgraded/renovated and has new luxury vinyl plank flooring in both bedrooms. Building C offers the only ocean views in the complex. This two-bedroom, two bath condo is located on the top floor. When entering the condo, you will notice the Hawaiian decor and Aloha spirit throughout. It is bright, cheery and has beautiful trade winds flowing through for natural air conditioning! The condo has over 900 sq ft. and a cathedral ceiling. It offers a full master bedroom in the loft with an attached private in-suite bathroom. The additional bedroom and full bathroom are on the main floor. This is an excellent floor plan for families or for two couples on vacation together.
The condo is centrally located on the ocean side of lower Kihei Road. Because of this unique location, it is tucked away from the noise of lower Kihei Road, and there are no busy streets to cross to get to the beach!
From the lanai, you can enjoy some of the most spectacular sunsets Maui has to offer. Come morning, enjoy wonderful views of the sunrise over Haleakala from the lanai. The large lanai also offers you a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the great ocean views with swaying palm trees in the trade winds.
The location is fantastic! You are located near many of South Maui's most beautiful beaches and snorkeling locations, and it is within a very short walk to over a dozen popular restaurants (Fabiani's, Coconuts, Amigos, McDonalds, Peggy Sues, and many others), Azeka shopping centre, Times supermarket and the outdoor market.
Your walk to the beach is only a few yards.

Very comfortable family condo

Our family really enjoyed this condo at Kihei Garden Estates. There was plenty of comfortable furniture. The beds were good and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals or snacks. The pool and hot tub were really nice and the location was perfect for beaches and restaurants. The lanai also had a view of the ocean.

Great home away from home close to so much!

We had a great stay and wished we could have stayed longer! Very homey condo and the grounds were beautiful! The location was amazing and just a few short steps to the beach for nightly sunsets!

The best of everything!

When we book a VRBO, we tend to desire a place based on location close but far enough away from "the tourist traps". This has it. Hidden Beach (great sand across the not at all busy street), grocery store down the street, not in the hub of all the crazy tourist areas, but all of the "things" in minutes drive away. Traveled with kids (ages 11, 10 and 7) and husband and I. There was enough room to spread out and it had all the amenities to cook our food at the condo to save for other activities. Kids loved the pool, we utilized the grill for a few meals, and were happy to have a clean safe space to sleep at night. Owner was quick to respond to a few questions we had during our stay, also. Thanks for the rental!

Perfect Maui condo for our family!

We were so pleased with our stay at this perfect Maui condo! The bright and cheery decor, the 3 different, roomy sleeping areas, the comfy bedding & mattresses, the plentiful fans and effective AC unit, the prompt responses from Gerald the owner, the short 1 minute walk to the beach and grocery store, we loved it all!!!

Wonderful quiet place

This is a great location in Kihei, very close to very good walking beach, the accommodations are very comfortable, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. No crazy resort fees and no hustle and bustle of the town which was perfect for us.

Just what we were looking for!

My group was traveling to Maui for a church conference. Besides my preteen daughter and myself, our party consisted of a dear friend in her 70’s as well as a husband and wife we work with. I was so thankful for the prime location and layout of this condo! It afforded a private area and bathroom for the married couple upstairs, a huge couch bed for my daughter and separate beds for my older friend and myself. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves as often as we wanted. The beach is visible from the lanai (& only a 2-minute walk). It’s great for sunrises, sunsets, swimming, walking and fishing. My daughter loved the pool option, especially in the evenings. With the windows open, this condo is cooled by the trade winds. On stuffy days, we ran the timed air-conditioning once and the fans kept it comfortable. This is an older condo, but it made us feel at home and afforded a prime location to our church, local restaurants and shops!

Beautiful property close to the beach

Can’t beat the location of this lovely property! We loved walking to restaurants, shopping and of course being just steps from the beach, where the turtles were out and about every morning. Pool and Jacuzzi were great for windy afternoons. The condo has everything we needed, fit 4 adults comfortably. Looking forward to staying here again next time I come to Maui!

This property is very conveniently located...beach in one direction and grocery store in the other...good restaurants also in walking distance. Gerald and Sandy made the process of check-in/arrival very easy, and the property is clean, has a nice pool/hot tub, and conveniently located coin-operated laundry. We could not have asked for a more pleasant experience! And, there is the added bonus of seeing sea turtles right on the beach later in the day...how exciting!

Great location, cute comfortable place. BBQ area by pool was great to have, walked on beach each night cause it was so close. There were only 4 beach towels so we had to go buy 2, there were six of us. Location was central so perfect to go all over island. Extra pillows for couch bed should be replaced they are pretty flat. We had a great stay here.

Great location

We planned this trip only a few months before we arrived and we were very lucky to book this condo. With a pool and the ocean walking distance from the condo it was perfect. We spent a lot of time on the deck and cooking in the kitchen. This was our first family trip to Hawaii (my son is 4) and we loved the space. Thank you!

Maui in Winter

This property was perfect for us. My favorite part is the location to the beach. We went every night to watch the sunset. Then we came back at about 8:00 and walked the beach and found many sea turtles. The condo is a great location. We found the shared items very useful: beach chairs, ice chest. Snorkel gear. The kitchen had everything we needed for any meals we ate there. I also loved the decor. It was bright and cheery!

Wonderful home away from home

We stayed over the week of Christmas with my husband, 4 year old and my two adult cousins. The condo was big & comfortable for all of us. It was very clean and communications with McCabes was seamless & easy. The place was less than a 2 min walk from the beach and grocery store, perfect location in Kihei as it wasn’t crowded. It was nicely equipped with essentials, including beach towels and beach toys for our little one. I would definitely stay here again!

Good location

The property is ok except for lack of aircondtioner in the loft and bedroom. It is too hot specially with Maui heat in the afternoon and evening. It was very uncomfortable despite of electric fans in the unit.

Prefect & so convenient for a family of 6

Staying here at this condo was such an ease of relief for me as a mom of 4. It’s truly hard to find a place that houses a family of 6. And this place was PREFECT! My kids& I truly loved the feeling, space & destination/location. It was so easy for us to walk next door to get snacks. Convenient location near our event the husband needed to attend. Restaurants & the best food in town was near. My kids enjoyed the Maui Aquarium. We drove & spended thee afternoon On Haleakala. Drove to Lahaina. A weekend here was not enough. Already planning on visits Maui again & staying at this exact Condo AGAIN💗 Truly appreciated the owner of the condo & how quickly & easy they made our weekend prefect for my kids & I.

Awesome location and great condo

This was our family's first trip to Maui. The bedroom with 2 twin beds was perfect for our 16 and 18 yr old boys, and the loft was perfect for my husband and I. Full bathroom on each floor made us all feel like there was plenty of space for all of us. We shopped at the Times Supermarket on the other side of the block for groceries, or drove a mile to the Foodland for poke and musubi. There are great places to eat within walking distance, and so much to do within an hour drive, or just walk a block to the beach. We went in July and there were sea turtles swimming along nearly every beach we went to. We had an amazing time. The owners are very responsive and helpful.

Perfect!

We loved the condo and location! Literally just steps from the beach and the view from the lanai was just like the picture showed. We used both the pool and hot tub, make sure you take the key for the pool area if you want to use the hot tub you'll need it to turn on the jets. We were a party of 5 and we could've used an extra blanket or 2 but we managed. Just a side note, this unit is upstairs so if you're with someone who isn't great with them this may be an issue for them. My mom managed but I think she missed a sunset or 2 because she's older and they started to take a toll. I would definitely stay here again!

Can't beat this place!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! A short, 2 minute walk from your front door to the amazing beach. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room for our family (4 boys) of 6. Views from the lanai are perfect (watch the whales in the water no problem) as well as watching the clouds on Haleakalā! Nice cross breeze thru the unit keeps it comfortable inside, while additional fans help out if needed. Plenty of water pressure and warm water to go around. Washer and dryer are at the bottom of the stairs to the unit (separate room) and worked well. Community pool and hot tub were great temps and a short walk across the manicured grounds. Parking to your unit is a short walk as well. Communication with Gerald was easy and always had a quick reply. Have already told him the wife and I would be coming back in the future to stay here. We love Kihei and with this location, a short walk or drive and you can be to all the great spots the area has to offer! If you are debating between a few places, STAY HERE!

Wonderful experience

Our stay here at Kihei estate garden was wonderful. We stayed in the building C and got a partial view of the ocean. It takes 2 min to walk to the beach...perfect location for watching sunset. We saw couple of turtles at the adjacent beach. The owners of this condo were really helpful. We were traveling with infant and had a late flight from Maui...on our request we were allowed to check out late. The rooms were clean and equipped with pretty much everything. We saw small ants in the bathroom upstairs and in the kitchen...not sure if that's common in Hawaii. Our neighbors were pretty loud...so it was disturbing for few nights. Otherwise we had an awesome trip and would definitely recommend this condo.

Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

Thank you so much for the use of your bright and comfortable condo! My husband and I with our two young adult children stayed for a week. Getting in to the condo was easy. Thank you for the easy to follow directions! The condo was decorated with an aloha spirit! Downstairs is a full bath, bedroom with two twin beds, kitchen and bright living room. Everything worked as expected. On the lanai there was a table and chairs for relaxing and eating. Also on the lanai we found the beach chairs and storage container with sand and water toys. There were plenty of fans to keep the condo cool and comfortable. Upstairs is the master loft bedroom with full bath. I appreciated the Hawaiian bedding and decor. The bed was comfy and we slept well after our busy days in the sun. The condo is a great location to early working coffee and walks on the beach. Great beaches on the island! We swam, snorkeled, and surfed. We also enjoyed the delicious food Maui has to offer. All in all this condo was safe, clean, and comfortable. Great size, value, and location for 4 adults.

Wonderful Condo in Relaxed Central Maui

Mahalo to Gerald & Sandy for sharing their cozy and comfy condo with our family! The complex is very conveniently located in Kihei which is a very relaxed town and good base for many wonderful Maui excursions: Road to Hana (day trip); Haleakala (half day and was beautiful during midday); Iao Valley (easy hour and great to get in the natural river pools with locals); West Maui (Lahaina, Kaanapali beaches and more); Maui Ocean Center (very close and amazing with a great restaurant and view) and of course Kihei beaches and a few just south of Kihei. And we enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi regularly with other guests. The condo and complex are well cared for and Gerald & Sandy were promptly responsive and easy to reach along with the condo manager. Condo residents and guests that we met were very friendly including for families with children. I also loved walking on the nearby beach in the mornings and saw many Honu (turtles) popping there heads up and I had to force myself to not keep walking the entire beach north of the condo because I wouldn’t have energy for the rest of our day adventures! One morning, I walked 2.5 hours from 6:30-9am on the Kihei beach and only a couple of times did I have to walk off and then back on the beach! And I walked alone while hubby and son were sleeping in and felt very safe! Finally, we cooked most meals at our condo and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked and very functional which helped us a lot with our budget so that we can save up for our next vacation sooner rather than later! We hope to return again soon and will be grateful if we can get Gerald & Sandy’s condo again!!!

Allgemein sehr gut!

F Die Lage war echt super, Meer in 200 Meter entfernt, Supermarkt genau so. Für 6 Personen war die Wohnung bisschen zu klein. Da war nur eine kleine Zimmer die Tür hat und diese Zimmer ist ohne Klimaanlage, dafür aber sehr warm, Schlafzimmer liegt oben, ist nicht getrennt von der andere und auch da oben war sehr warm. Ich würde die Wohnung nicht für zwei Eherpaar empfehlen. Dafür wienig Intime.
