A quiet and relaxing place to stay!

The location and unit were perfect for our special week away - quiet and comfortable. Our host was wonderful - very accommodating and in contact with us regularly in case we needed anything. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect Little Place

We loved this perfect little place! It was just what we were hoping for, clean, quiet, well appointed, and in a great neighborhood where we could easily walk to see the sunset on the water within just a few minutes. The host was super helpful and responsive. If we get a chance to visit the area again, this perfect little place will be our first choice to stay!!

We went to celebrate and relax. Our was very thoughtfu!! The area is very nice and plenty of walks available. I would stay there over and over! The room is really nice.

Charming location & Amazing host

We truly enjoyed our stay with Rhonda at her quaint cottage. The neighborhood was so nice, safe, and very walkable to parks, shops, and restaurants. Everything we needed was available (kitchen was VERY WELL stocked), tons of clean towels, and Rhonda was an excellent communicator and so willing to help. We were only about a 15 min drive from the airport, about 30+ min to some of the downtown areas (depending on traffic). Great spot to rest, relax, eat great food, and get out to see the beautiful sights of Vancouver and surrounding areas!

Relaxing stay in Richmond

Our unit was a ground level suite in Rhonda’s home. The suite was very comfortable, located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and close to Steveston. The TV had an extensive channel lineup and the shower was large with a great rainshower head. Rhonda was a very friendly and attentive host. We would definitely book here again.

Home away from home

We enjoyed both levels of the accommodation, beds were very comfortable and sleep was great. The lower level studio suite was excellent with good bed ,couch and tv. and done in good taste. Rain shower humongous fridge and large laundry with adequate supplies were a nice surprise. Nice friendly helpful people, felt safe and welcome.

A Great Get Away

My wife and I loved this quite place. Short walk to an amazing sunset and walking trail. Close to Vancouver and all activities. We really loved and enjoyed our stay. Very clean place and made us fell at home. Property manager was very easy to comunícate to and made our stay so enjoyable. We really wish we had more time. Will definitely return

Quiet place and very close to Steveston. Clean and house has live indoor plants! Host Rhonda was so nice guiding us on restaurants we were wanting to go to and provided suggestions on activities during our stay. My husband and I enjoyed viewing the sunset and afternoon walks! Thank you Rhonda! The only thing that I wanted to have on my next stay would be a microwave😊

Peaceful retreat in Richmond

We really enjoyed our stay at Rhonda's. The place is bigger than it looks on the photos and it was very comfortable. We lucked out to arrive on a sunny day so we were able to enjoy the beautiful patio full of flowers and hummingbirds. The house is very well located in a beautiful neighborhood, within walking distance (less than 5 min) to a trail that goes along the coastline. It's also within a few minutes drive to Safeway (we also love Takeya Sushi, right next to Safeway). Rhonda was so nice and communication was very easy. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Great accommodation and host.

My wife and I spent three nights at Rhonda’s place. Understated , but overdelivered in all categories! Great bed, great appliances and a clean, spacious one bedroom with kitchen and large living room. Tremendous washroom with rainfall shower. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful everything

This was the perfect place for our visit to Richmond. Conveniently located. Wonderful host. Very close to the waterfront for walks. About a 30 minute walk to Steveston town for restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped. Back patio was delightful. We really enjoyed our morning coffee outside watching the hummingbirds visit the flowers. Felt more like staying in someone's private home vs a rental. Very quiet neighborhood.

Fabulous well appointed suite

Lovely one bedroom suite with well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed and very nice large shower. We were surprised and pleased by the number of large, very fluffy towels. Parking was conveniently located out in front on the street. Quiet little neighborhood with private entrance to suite. The host was very responsive to request for hairdryer and iron and checked in regularly to see how we were doing. It was a very nice stay and we would definitely book again.

MAGICAL RICHMOND

Our host maintained contact with us from the moment we booked our reservation until we landed at our final destination. Our stay was extremely comfortable and the cottage like ambiance made for a magical garden like experience. The flowers in the PNW are bigger and more beautiful than any others I've experienced and this location was no exception. She recommended the nearby trail to see the flora and fawna in the area which we took advantage. Spectacular views! After our trek, we relaxed in fluffy beds for rhe night. Our host made sure all of our needs were met and followed up to help us as we were making our way to the airport. Because of our experience with Rhonda and her family, Vancouver is a destination we'd visit again! Strongly recommend!

Great stay, great location

We were visiting a sister in Steveston and this was the perfect location. We loved the place, everything is there and it works well with the big tv in the bedroom. We never used the tv room in the basement as the tv in the bedroom was wonderful. The only thing i would say to improve the place is a lamp in the living room. Otherwise you have to turn on the overhead lights. Not very cozy. Also, a night light in the bathroom for the night as the house is perfectly dark at night but too dark for a visit to the bathroom. But in all honestly, the perfect place. And I have rented a lot of places. Rhonda is a wonderful hostess and you will enjoy staying there.

Zen Heaven

Rhonda is so lovely, attentive, communicative & caring. From the moment I booked online, she was in communication with me. She takes great pride in her home, as well as for her guests. This suite is very spacious, & I love the private, tranquil green space. The neighbourhood is quiet & safe. I highly recommend staying here. Richmond is a really nice area. Great place for being outdoors, exploring, shopping, & eating. And the hustle & bustle of Vancouver city centre is a short drive. The joys of both worlds - Peaceful tranquility of urban Richmond & the hustle & bustle of a vibrant city. I have so much gratitude for Rhonda. Clean, quiet, great neighborhood!

This little home away from home was perfect. Clean, quiet, and in a safe neighborhood. Cute kitchen, living room with wide screen TV, cozy bedroom, and a bathroom with a huge shower and stack washer/dryer. I would totally stay here again!
