Unplug at our cozy and secluded home near gorgeous beaches & wineries
Property is very private, the land is a flag lot on 2 acres with the house set all the way at the back of the lot. The ocean is 1.2 miles away and we’ll within walking distance to the Ponquogue Bridge & beach. Shinnecock Bay is across the street. We are 6 miles from Westhampton and 7 miles form Shouthampton. Some of the best seafood and outdoor restaurants surround us, so a perfect spot for families or close friends to unplug and relax. The house has a great front covered porch and a backyard with a pool, large deck, bbq, eating area, sitting area, fire pit area and an outdoor shower. The landscape is natural and all about the beach. You can walk to the ocean in 15 minutes or throw one of the kayaks in the bay down the street.

This house was built by my Father in 1972 (by himself) and we have enjoyed the peace and serenity that the house, property, beach and town of Hampton Bays has offered us. It is truly a special place.
